(950/130 x 100)- (170 x 2...so it indicates ur base atk is 390 with ur refined claw and whatnot To answer ur question, no...job change to special occupations doesn't affect damage as they wipe all previous character base hidden stats and factor in new ones

with that lvl you already have a good atk. i remember mine was 800 when i was 140+ .__. without ganei ofc.. sooner or later your stats will grow and you will have good atk. but never forget to use good equips esp.good weapon with +9 refinement.

Remember to refine your wep. Refining will make a huge diffrence. If u cant afford ori then +7 atleast. +9 if u can afford it. U can use anywhere from 2-200 to get +9. So be prepared lol.

Is it possible that non-up weapons are easier to refine? I tried to refine my srod up(hw acc) to +9 and almost a stack of ori gone, ended up to +8 i gave up lol. Shudnt refine with bad luck. Via Tapatalk, try it

U might wanna try it this way to get +9 refinement. It works for me 90% most of the times. What you do is wait for the day you have 4 or 5 stars lucks. Prepare to clean out a stack of mythrils. Just constantly spam mythrils until u get+8 then use oricalcum. If failed, just continue doing that until u use up one stack of mythrils. After that every time you get+7 , you use oricalcum until u get +9. However ,this is just a theory, there's no valid statement prove that it is 100% accurate. Although it works for me quite well, and never once I have to spend more than 20 oricalcums.

Non-slotted are easier. Not sure if the upgrade makes a difference. But I do try to +8 or +9 everything before I upgrade.
I also use Mythril to get it to +8, then use my 1-2 ori sparingly.
I do have a method that I stick to. 60% of the time, it works EVERYTIME....

I never check my fortune... So I'm never mad about 1 and 2 stars

i think fortune doesn't affect refinement outcome used to make 4equips to+9 with 2* maybe just pure luck

why r we talking bout refining oh well, ima join then hahaha idk tricks for refining, but i already refine so many koda to +9. my tips for you guys is prepare at least 1-2 stack for D steel and mythril, for hema 1 stack is fine, and ori 20-40. then choose your most lucky place to refine (mine is kleya and wibo) lol. and for refining, do +1 to +4 using hematite, +5 and +6 use d steel, +7 use mythril, and +8 +9 use ori. that's how the ore works. but for myself, i do it like this +1-3 use hema, +4-5 use d steel, +6-7 use mythril, +8-9 ori ofc lol, then refine it like crazy until it reach +9 (usually it took 10-20 ori for me, in lucky day can be less than 5 ori, but sometimes more than 30ori needed). hope this info can be usefull ^_^

Via Tapatalk, try it The only thing I'm sure about the non-up weapons is that they cost much cheaper to refine... Look at the difference between Kodachi and Kodachi II, or even Iron Armor and Iron Armor up.. This is the only trick that I am able to give, sorry.
