Good thing to focus crt after agi for monk is for better s.break rate which can bypass soft dmg cap of some physical autoskill such as triple atk and wyn (for those had a hard time to get veleno especially). My triple atk auto at 11k normally but with s.break it can go to 15k
. So to new monk with low funds are recommended to get crt as high as possible for s.break!
I think the thought of CRT will affect shellbreak is wrong. What makes me think like this? Cuz from iruna.wikidot.com/status it says CRT:
Enchance probability of double atk (lv3 *10% base probability to double atk*9 CRT =1% added to probability of lv3 double atk)
Spellburst rate (from job passive skill *base spellburst probability is 10. Each 10 CRT adds 1 value to base spellburst probability. Total base spellburst is multiplied with spellburst% from equips+abi)
I didnt found any trusted info saying CRT enchance the probability of shellbreak from iruna.wikidot/irunajp.wiki.
Understanding the rate of shellbreak:
It says, more probability to do shellbreak with claw (0 base probability +12 ? base probability with claw equipped)
Lv 1 +20 base probability
Lv 2 +30 base probability
Lv 3 +40 base probability
About equips with shellbreak% i have no idea if the effect is is treated as raw number example 10% shellbreak= +10 base probability to shellbreak or treated as % example 10% shellbreak= total base probability of shellbreak x shellbreak% from equips. And there is no abi gives additional shellbreak. So my hunch is any shellbreak% from equips is treated as raw number and added to base probability for shellbreak.
Another method to increase the shellbreak rate which is described from iruna online itself is by autoskill value (3% autoskill = +1 to base probability of shellbreak)
So does CRT raise probability of shellbreak? My answer is no. Here is the fact
Hw spellburst (passive) Lv 1 (no further skill upgrade) enchanced base spellburst rate by CRT then multiplied by equips+abis spellburst%.
Monk shellbreak (passive) Lv 1 (have further skill upgrade until Lv 3) enchanced by skill level, autoskill% and some equips, more chance with claw.
So why add tons of CRT on monk?
1. CRT add small base atk with claw equipped by monk ( maybe cuz of claw mastery lv3 hidden stat)
CRT from stat, equips, abi and crysta increase ur base c.dmg multiplier (150 base c.dmg multiplier) Simplified formula from rebalance patch (correct me if im wrong)
White number dmg = 10000
C.dmg formula = base c.dmg + c.dmg% from equips (treated as raw number not %) + c.dmg% from skill (treated as raw number not %) + (CRT from status + CRT from equips,abis, food and crystas) then divided by 2 =final base c.dmg multiplier (Treated as %)
White damage + (white damage x final base c.dmg multiplier)= orange number
150+( 7 (ira reup) +20 (2 wyn) )+15 (skill from hunter *hawkeye*)+( 256 CRT (status) +5 (Lv5 CRT abi *1pcs*)) = 453
453 / 2= 226.5 < final base c.dmg multiplier (226.5%)
10000 (white damage) + ( 10000 (white damage) x 226.5% ( final base c.dmg multiplier)) = 32650 orange number
