I can't find info on that one, it has to be from the last maps but i can't find it u.u It is a very uncommon drop from the bull statues on the way to Dajarte There is also another mob who drops it as uncommon but not yet released (int the last dungeon of Parul Empire in EP3 named Empror's Office) |

Resty upgrade is called Restos Rod
Stats:
Matk + 10%, light and dark magic + 3%, skill delay + .5 sec, hate rise - 24%, Matk up chance by defense.
