I started to play on 2014, I've never been the kind of guy who has 100 friends IRL, and after I told to my family and few friends that I'm gay, things went dramatic, and teen stuff. Now everything is O.K. fortunately.
Well, all in this game catched me up quickly, it still does, and helped me a lot through my process.
So that is why I started and I still play the game.

I agree with maki the options to play how you like (even if deemed unsuitable for the class by others) is always an option and thats great. Its neat to see all the creative ways people have made their characters and also how they decorate them. I probably wouldnt have stuck around as long as I have if there wasnt something different about this game than any others i have played ^.^ I think in a way this game is also an escape from everyday life and being able to accomplish many things in this game has given me some perspective. Nothing good is easily obtained, you have to have a goal and work for it

Short story, I was simply bored lol
Found other mmorpgs, but on mobile they're either 1) auto-everything, 2) boring equipment stats (unlike in iruna where the variety is great) and 3) too much for my phone to handle.
So I found this one and was instantly sucked in. It's a real gem.

I was already a huge fan of MMORPGs when I started Iruna. It was mobile, and it seemed interesting. I played it on a whim, and since it was mobile and I was in high school when I started it, I could whittle away the days of boredom by delving into all the gear possibilities in Iruna.

I was bored and in the app store and came across Iruna lol. I used to play Flyff. And when I saw Iruna in the appstore, it won my heart. Iruna was also my first mobile mmo so I could not help but to give it a try.

My entry is a bit wierd I started playing Toram Online before Iruna. Since it used to eat lots of Battery and Data, I found an alternative of Toram, which was Iruna. Thus, I started playing it

I was playing Celes Arca and it was shutting down, played it til the last minute.
Friend invited me to play Iruna, I did.
He got surprised when he found me on gc and found out I'm ahead of him already by huge gap.
I was like "You're not used to it yet? I have 18 hours to spend playing games even while working.
So, what hooks me is the friendly community and the console quality with retro graphics in your mobile what can you ask for?

Yall gonna hate me but my reason was I had just finished watching SAO for the 4th time or so and decided to try to find an mmorpg game to kill time over the school break aaaand look where i am now, barely passing my senior year and have developed the skill of procrastination.

I was trying out different games in the Play Store, looking for good RPGs. I remember I gave Iruna a try, but didn't get very far. Moved on to other games.
But then, one day a few months later, I checked it out again and got hooked.
It's a really special game, because it managed to keep my attention for years, something no other game has ever managed.
Even today, it has no real competition. The other MMOs are full of waiting timers and many types of currencies designed to make you buy IAPs, or they focus on graphics but the rest is shallow, or the skills/equips are boring, etc.

I love classes and how they work, I love how they put the elements, and that anyone can use any kind of weapon. I really like that we can put stat as we like, that mean if we are Mages that doesn't means that we can not use Agi. And we have tons of different equipments, and not many games are like this. We can be creative in this game. Plus I love Necromancers, specially.

How I discovered this game is I was browsing the playstore (2yrs ago) to find some new games to play and thats when I found iruna, I first played for a while but didn't understand how to play so just uninstalled it and continued. As I searched I couldn't find anything that would catch my eye but the feeling that I needed to give Iruna a second chance dwelled inside me, I played and uninstalled iruna multiple times, but it kept pulling me back in, till I found a friend, he helped me lvl and explained the game. Now i have been playing ever since.
