I suggest a 3Red 2Green al xtal layout rather than your current 3Green 2Red layout since your build has no Agi which means no evasion to benefit from.
Legacy's a fine sword, but your lack of Agi will end up making it's power dissapoint you in the long run, so I recommend Red Tengu IV & Kloff Pillar for a decent non-element sword & a "atk up by vit" flame sword.
Ira's fine if you like pure damage, but you'll need some resist% armor to survive big bosses like Raton Almas & Sauro.
Monty's perfectly fine, Daiginjo up is the current strongest dmg add for glad until the balance patch comes out.
Ganei on special is unusual on glad, but not outright unusable, so it's fine.
As long as you get to spam your techniques which are 2-5 seconds from pillar to tempest, you won't need to rely on Technique abilities.

For the al crystas i was using snakes gladiator guide on what gives max atk but ill look into what you said on how to arrange the colors. In terms of the swords, if i am to get red tengu 4, what xtal would you recommend? And keep in mind currently i only have 300m, so i cant buy like sauro 2 or even grapagos lol and what xtal would you recommend besides ganei for the special? Thank again

There's so much to improve, and since your crystas not te end tier they're need to improve too. But of all, especially Monty Beret since you don't have high dex you won't get much attack unless you're after for resistant. And so you can replace Ganei with Beelzenoid since noid is not that far in price but stronger than ganei.

Yeah. I used freesia sword, atk+12% crt+10 and tengu lv. Tengu dealt a good amount more.
