If I bought a stack of ether for 35m and made a stack of fancy pet food, and the selling price is 40m? per stack
My profit if no fails, is only 5m? Wouldn't I be better off making something else?

Ofcourse you could farm the ether and then ur profit would be 40m.
If your still getting the exp from production then the benefit is there.
If your not and can therefore batch produce you might get great success and get more fpf than ether you put in which would increase profits.

If your not and can therefore batch produce you might get great success and get more fpf than ether you put in which would increase profits. this is what most people do, knowing they can make more than the materials they need, they start rising prices, if you are lucky enough, and with enough cooking skill, you can almost double the fancy pet food produced, but yeah, you can also farm the ether yourself, the profit is incredibly high |

Besides onigiri and dango, fpf was the main reason that I knew was a moneymaker. It's true selling ether is more profitable, at least if producing just about the same quantity as fpf. Not sure if farming the ether myself is easy and profitable since it would take a lot of farming to gather a stack and ether needs fallen angel tears and that seems pricey to make. I think it also help if you make it more than 1 set... Last time i use 5 set to make fpf and got around 8.5-8stk... Since all the great success add up in the end....
Ps:i have cooking cap , elements set, cooking charm, elements drink, and the production ticket from gm neint
Pss: i think it has to do with my fortune too but forgot the colour
Edit: yogurt is good too.. During my free time i farm slime mold and gives yogurt to guild member for free since with high cooking with 1 stk of slime mold you can usually get 2 stk of yogurt.. If your using the right way slime mold are easy to farm despite being slow spawn

I bought this book and tried with current strengthening of weapon, it didn't change the difficulty, so I guess I don't have the level for it to make that much of a difference. I've only tried it with one weapon so I'm not sure. Yeah true, I forgot about elemental drinks, they seem to be in demand! Thanks Zura and my bad about the other day, went brb and got distracted, came back to an empty varant city xD yup thats the purpose of secret prod book which is to up the rate of hitting great success in exchange of high rate of losing mats on failed prod thats why u have to make sure ur recipe is at very easy before using that book -- consider using element set/if u have al also put elemental al there / drink / and the free prod tix on neints --- those tickets effects vanish if u dc or go to island btw on weapon refinement it up the chance of skipping an atk , for example from 175 atk the next successful refine will become 177 instead of 176 -- huge chace of breaking ur item though so its not really recommended unless ur confident enough |
