My summary of all episodes. I don't think all of it is true but it's just a breakdown and all of it is very open to discussion. Wanted to make this thread for a long time, it's very rare to see anyone talking about the story. I will skip out some minor details, excuse me for that.
EP1 - There has been a long war going on between Slebinia and Parul. Your adventure begins in Bailune City, which appears to have been broken down by an explosion plotted by the Slebinians. Later through your adventures you realize that there has been a mastermind in this war that has manipulated the dark crystal, goddesses/gods, dragons, leaders of continents (Parul - Armaments Caravan and the acts of Fallen Angel Grecia in the land, Mithurna - Curonne and Obligaus, another world being opened in Tarnath Mines by a creature known as Beelzed (this is proof that the world of the Dragonewts aka Episode 2 exists), Darkan - King Elbano and the war between the Slebinians and also betrayals (Scenario Quest - There appears to be more land below the Maze of Enzeits, where homunculus have been created and are even more dangerous as well as history below. This land below is home to the wicked wizard known as Wargvel, the homunculus boss known as Kimale and the person pulling the strings, a dragon known as Botania), Almas and Eldas, Ganaji - Suigetsu, Suishin and Minenaga with the Sanki war (Scenario Quest - Something has opened a portal in Chikusui Forest through digging and is creating havoc. Turns out this is known to be a being known as Leaf Dragon Blatt, and wants revenge for destroying his kind in Elban, his followers which is revealed to be Kaise Pilz and Gusanoth.) and Slebinia - Mezzaluna (Scenario Quest - Gulie appears to have escaped from Sofya and has retreated to Slebinia, in an abandoned area known as Balnu Arsenal with the rumored Wizard Gun. He intends to destroy everything after Sianas was afraid of its power and attempted to lock Gulie away. You destroy this Wizard Gun, known as Dooms, and Gulie is then arrested.) and other creations to cause havoc in the world of Iruna. Turns out the mastermind behind this is Sianas, the sole objective being to destroy the world of iruna as she is a dark creation, and is utilizing the god Oritius to get what she wants. You, as the explorer, save Oritius and destroy Sianas and the world of Iruna is saved. However, there is a giant hole in Marel Epicenter... You jump in the hole in the hopes for more adventure.
EP2 - You land into a new world entirely jumping through the hole. This new world is inhabited by a species known as the Dragonewts. They're experiencing hard times however, as another species known as Beelzem have been terrorizing their kind. You step in and take down their malevolent ways, through defeating what is known to be captains of the beelzem species (Captain Beelzem, Beelzenoid, Beelzedam, Magonza, Morbeelzem, Beelzenom, Beelzetor, Gerust, Gadave, Moldus and Vida). As you explore you realize that the world isn't what it seems to be. Dragonewts seem to be turning on their own kind (Ziddu and Guevol) and something is pulling the strings along the sidelines. There is also someone pursuing your every move, waiting at the right moment to always attack you, and it seems at times this pursuer will do whats right in his mind, which was protecting the dragonewts. As you arrive in Kreldan, the Archbishop greets you only to have summoned the shadow of the Lord of Dragons. He wants to let the Dragonewts know of the collapse of the world of Bleudraf. To do this, the only way they will ever listen is if you protect them from the dragon by the dragon attacking you first and you subduing Kaiser. He then tells you to tell the Archbishop that they need to meet with other dragonewts in the world to restore the links to world order. You soon come to realize that the people pulling the strings are a kind known as the Geyenetiel, a group of people which have consumed the gods of Iruna (Thothras - Sofys, Nuit - Oritius, Nuitram - Eldas, Flammel, Vasaria and Stormia, Ushilth - Dunkelis, Imseti - Freedos, and Raton - Almas) in order to destroy the world. As you venture into their lands, each geyenetiel that has been slayed by your hands lets out a god to help assist in the fight. As you reach the third palace however, the pursuer prepares for a final battle. You, being the MC, win the battle, and it turns out that this pursuer has been the big brother of Aldi and Anga, trying to protect them over the Geyenetiel's acts and also in theory has been possessed by Ushilth's Mask. Anga and Aldi come to your aid but the moment they do, Ushilth finds out about the Pursuer's true intent and fires a blast to kill all 3 of the dragonewts, however, the Pursuer takes the blast and ends up dying in order to protect his little brothers. You end up defeating Ushilth, and move on to find out what is basically the foreshadowing of EP3. A Heavy Armored Knight comes forth looking for a woman in bandages, and this woman in bandages seeks out your help. You aid her and the Heavy Armored Knight retreats for the time being, and she suddenly disappears as well. You, forgetting what has happened, proceed on to find the true mastermind, which is Raton. He wanted to destroy the world to show the gods what it felt like being puppeted around, but you come to save the day and defeat him, Almas and Dunkelis not killing Raton but rather putting him inside their little worlds. This makes Raton angry however, but his emotions show no change to his power and he is consumed into their world. You go to report this to Mujie in Drafbourg and the world of EP2 is safe. You jump into the hole again in attempts to go back to the world of iruna, but...
EP3 - You enter an unexpected world which apparently seems to be a new world of Iruna. You learn that in this world, the gods have failed in their duty to control the world of Iruna, and it is now controlled by a being known as Ouvel, known to have slain Almas herself. This world as it seems is in a pinnacle of chaos, where there is a fight over control from most continents. Your run into Slebinia shows that Slebinia is a broken down place in the war between Ouvel and the gods, and is currently ran by the Heavy Armored Knights, which live in the world of Noieverre. However, their goddess Specia has gone missing and they've gone in search of her. The main knights we know is Irai, Dim, Rufaty, Theru, Rua and Enina. These knights will attempt to destroy anyone holding apostolia devices, and it so appears that the woman in bandages previously has decided to give you one. Throughout your adventures, you experience that the dragons have been experimented on and driven to madness in the continent of Slebinia, and also that the continent of Slebinia is broken down, whereas in Episode 1 they were well developed. You proceed on to Lograth, where you find out that in order to get access to Ouvel's continent you will need to collect all the God's Fragments in a container known as Gido's Box. You make this via Rita in Hexeyag Forest, and arriving at the Forest Palace you experience that the Forest Dragon Valtia has gone mad trying to protect the Forest Palace from intruders. You stop him, and move on to several other continents where the inhabitants are facing hardships. You also come to realize along the way that there is a traitor amongst the HAK, and this traitor appears to be Enina. Enina all this time wanted to live as a human but the HAK have a duty to look over the world as spiritual beings, not humans. It turns out that Enina is actually working for the Fallen Angels, the group of people working under Ouvel's Hand. Throughout the journey in Parul the HAK get obliterated and have to return to their spiritual forms back in Noieverre. You also face Ouvel's creations along the way, or his minions. You however, find the way to Ouvel's Chamber eventually after much fights against his minions, the HAK and the Fallen Angels. You fight Ouvel and win, and the world is saved yet again this time for EP3. However, another problem befalls the world of Noieverre, as it seems someone has intruded their land and is wreaking havoc. You spar your way through the HAK and Specia's Daughter, Seele Zauga, to find that Enina is the mastermind behind this act, and has returned to her spiritual form but it is in a more grotesque manner, her body now just a bunch of disembodied parts it seems. You fight her and win, and the world of Noieverre is saved again. You jump into the hole to go back to the world of Iruna, and...
EP4 - You finally arrive back in the original world of Iruna, and Alen is there to greet you. However, as we speak to him he says that Venia is looking for us. He says that recently people have gone missing, and this includes Tilia. King Elbano further explains that as people disappear, they are taken in by a dark mist and disappear shortly after. He says that more than 20 people have gone missing.
Apparently this mist traces itself to a place known as the Dark Continent, which lies to the north of the continent of Elban. The continent used to be a part of iruna until it was separated by the war of the Gods, and Almas also says it is a continent to mark the symbol of their sin. This continent is part of a world known as Le Turton. Specia, before killing herself in the war, has given this land to those that she wanted to protect. Almas wants us to investigate this incident, and if it is true, the gods themselves cannot face Specia. Just as you leave the heavens and leave Elbano's Palace, Dyett stops you to give some helpful information towards the Dark Continent. However, just as she starts speaking, she is taken by the dark mist. Veruni shortly arrives after to give you a chart to show the ocean routes of the Dark Continent. As you arrive at Haufen Harbor to have Leberk take you to the Dark Continent, a mysterious hooded person arrives. He warns you that you must not enter the Dark Continent as you will only cause disaster there. You are defeated by this hooded person, and he warns you again to not enter the Dark Continent, and takes his leave. Leberk appears to be okay, so he agrees to take you there shortly afterwards. However, a large storm suddenly brews up and takes you to the Dark Continent somewhat with Leberk and you intact. As you take in your surroundings you realise you have now arrived at the land of Asueta Region. As you make your way through the land of the Dark Continent, you experience the land dealing with hardships due to the selfishness of the masterminds behind the cause of such. (Minela - Using the singing voice of Fortina to lure in villagers and others to find the mark that she's been looking for, only to find that Tilia has it the moment you defeat her, Kagan - Hatred towards you as he thinks that you have killed Minela, Malti - Burying people in Ice Tombs for a certain person's wish, Anis and Tela - Tela experimented on humans and was responsible for creating the parasitic organisms that Garzef managed to take over Shelk and Merario in order to recreate her son with his soul infused, Anis arrives to see something that isn't as it looks and in a fit of rage leaves to Riagro City; an abandoned town; turning into a Bird Dragon). After defeating these 4 masterminds, they transform into energy orbs which are taken to the Dark Continent via the Maze of Carbel. It so appears that as you arrive at Ronio Corridor, the hooded man is revealed to be a person known as Cordal. Cordal has a deep hatred for the Gods as he appears to know the truth, that Specia has killed herself to end the war of the Gods. The Pillars of Fragitus seals the dragon of the goddess, and with everyone's energy powers infused with his, and the people who were taken to the Dark Continent by the dark mist. As you defeat Cordal however, Telon, the person you befriended back in Asueta, has stabbed Rumia, the person which was part of whom Cordal was trying to protect, and defeats Cordal as well. This is all for a grand finale which resulted in Gatekeeper aka the dragon goddess up (Repota and Rumia). Gatekeeper is Cordal's creation, fusing them together surely will make their power increase as the vice goddesses of Iruna to fight against the gods. They, however, in a fit of rage, created gates to other worlds to destroy them all. You however, as the explorer, with Specia's help, collect objects from the 4 mastermind souls in order to open the gate towards Carbel, the Maze of Time. Here, you find Telon, and he reveals that he is an incarnation of evil, made from the Dark Continent and all it's misdeeds and evils that have occurred. Telon has a belief that he just wants to see the outer world from the world being destroyed in itself alongside other worlds. He wants you to join his side and witness this. You refuse, and he will eliminate you as Gate Keeper destroys the world, or so he believes. You defeat him, and advance past Histaria, the Maze of Miracle to arrive in Elemapaty, the Chamber of Space. Gatekeeper is here, and in a fit of rage decides to kill anyone in its path. You defeat it however, and the world itself is now better. The four masterminds have returned to their human forms, and the world of Turton is safe again. Cordal wants him and the two vice goddesses to watch over the world for the future, and Specia accepts. You leave back to Elban, your adventure ending here in EP4. But...
Just my take on the story, but I'm more than happy to hear criticism and discussion on this matter.

EP5 - You make your way to Elban, and after having audience with Almas he wants you to have a long rest after this mission you have been on. While having a discussion about the balance of Goddess Beads (the things that make up the world of Iruna) over Turton and Elban, out of nowhere, a portal has been ripped open and a person comes through it. She introduces herself as Nelia, and wants you to come with her without explaining what has happened and whats going on. After an argument between her selfish ways with Cordal and Elban, she finally explains that she is from a world known as Dammerung, which is a small world floating near Iruna. It is well balanced in nature. However, it seems this balance is being disrupted by something known as the Foreign Object. Nelia's role is to look for those that seem strong enough to manage the damage that has happened to the world, which is very recent and has been caused by the world of Iruna. You and Cordal decide to go after Big Balls Cordal explains to Nelia that you are unreliable and also says "That's my line" when you say "Don't be a drag...".
We learn that in this world of Dammerung, there exists two continents which hold the balance of nature. Nacht, the land of night, is ruled over by a person known as Ster. This land is protected by Cynthia, the Goddess of the Moon. The other continent is called Morgen, the land of the morning, which is protected by the God of the Sun. It appears that something has happened to this God, as Cynthia says the balance is shifting more towards her side and something has happened to the God of the Sun that has caused this. Dammerung also consists of a few races, the Huma known to be a species likewise to us humans, the Animo known to feature ears like Ster and for this race, the gods give them superior powers. Ster explains that Animo is like a mixture of the two races known as Elf and Cule in our world. There is also Festans, a species which cannot be seen with the naked eye but are coated in a ball of light. Some people call this species the "Aggregate of Energy". Finally, there is the species of Ventirs, which look similar to Diel in the world of Iruna. They have powers different to Animo, but to the other races their race remains a mystery. They feature the look of beasts but can also take on the illusion of a human (this is unclear to me whether or not this is true but Nelia is a Ventir and there are other beings that can transform at will so) so they are suspected to be monsters or compared to them at least.
Later in your adventures you encounter a duo known as Fred and Wyn. This duo appears to be moving about in areas trying to turn innocent people into monsters for the sole purpose of "Finding friends". You defeat the monsters known to have been made by them, and they retreat to a further location in Morgen.
After Ster wants to fight you over what appears to be to brag his strength, Apfel explains that she is the daughter of the Lord of Morgen. Defeating Ster afterwards leads you to a place known as Weffle Tower, where you experience bodies in crates being carried away, and his body was put into one of these crates after defeat.
You go to Morgen to find more answers, but find Fred and Wyn again. They ask you if you're interested in their cause for finding friends. Either answer results in battle with them, and after defeat Apfel comes all of a sudden, and is kidnapped shortly after by a Ventir known as Rogelio. Rogelio says to leave Morgen alone, it is none of your business, and leaves in a portal, where Fred and Wyn join in shortly after. You go onwards to Robene Grassland where you find the King of the Sun, known as Bernhardt, and his subordinate known as Alan, a Ventir who seems to be close friends with Nelia and apparently is the reason she is in that position right now. You move on to find the location of Rogelio and Apfel in a place known as Montalt Forest, but all that is there is a beast. You defeat the beast which suspiciously appears to be the works of Wyn and Fred. You shortly afterwards meet a festan known as Nixe, which thanks you for defeating the beast. There apparently appears to be something causing problems in the forest, as natives have been going into comas nearby the area. Ilsa, a person who was finding herbs for a person called Ralph in the forest, takes you to Tagche's Cottage and explains that a disease that puts you into deep sleep is prevalent in the land of Morgen. There appears to be two powers behind this disease. The power to induce sleep and the power to stay asleep. The only way in Ilse's words to get rid of this disease is to find the cause of it, which appears to be inside the dreams of those that are affected. After making a medicine, she sprinkles it on us to take us into Ralph's dream. We find out the cause of it is a person known as Frederico, who appears to be consuming people's powers to make a dream for himself, a good dream, as he is too weak to provide this. After defeating Frederico, he has forcefully agreed to shut down the dream, and doing this saves every victim of this disease in the outside world.
As Rogelio and Apfel doesn't appear to be in this area, the next area you move to is Grund, the hometown of Ventirs. This area in Ralph's words, had an incident occur recently. Soon you and your band experience that you're not welcome in the area of Grund as this is shown in Maldario Downtown where obnoxious rumors have been spreading about you and your group. After some discussion, you, Cordal and Nelia leave the city somewhat to find the area of Xaofks Castle, which appears to be guarded by a person known as Teo, whom will not give you passage and will attempt to eliminate you for trespassing. After defeat, the leader of Ventirs shows herself and is known to be under the name of Foxxus. Nelia accuses Foxxus under the suspicion that they are behind the incidents that have been happening recently to break the balance between Nacht and Morgen, but he jokingly asks everyone to rest and is not taking this very seriously.
