Hi, so Ive been experiencing some problems with Iruna today
Firstly, earlier today it would crash every time I tried going to a different map. It eventually stopped, but the resource downloads continued to take a long time
Second, I use 2 different emails on the same device, so I have to clear my cache every time I switch. The initial resource download takes a long time (as usual), but today it took over 20 minutes to download, when it usually only takes around 5
Lastly, the most recent and prominent problem, I cant log in anymore. I was experiencing some lag problems when I logged in after signing into my other account, so I closed the app and started it up again hoping to have the lagging problem gone, but instead I was welcomed by the 20 minutes resource download yet again, and the game crashes everytime I press "Start" in the menu. I tried everything I know how to do: restarting app, restarting phone, turning off home wifi and switching to mobile data (which brought more problems on its own), and uninstalling/reinstalling the app
Has anybody else had a similar problem today? Or does anybody know how to fix it? I run a guild, so I cant be gone for long >.<" I need this fixed as soon as possible If this is something alot of people are experiencing, does anybody know of theres an emergency maintenance planned for tonight? Anyways, thanks

I had the same problems on both eng and jp version iruna. I thought it was just my phone or internet connection but it happened with my other devices too. Took 6-10 min just on the title screen and always stuck at 0% when trying to download a map, eventually disconnecting, then force closing >.< I tried reporting it to asobimo but no reply from them yet.

yeah same happen here got stuck downloading a map usually takes 2-3secs but login>map download fails>lost connection.

nope still not fully downloading resources at login and causing game close when hitting start.

Unfortunately, Asobimo isnt very interactive x.x Though hopefully they'll fix this issue as quickly as they did last time. All I know is, this means compensation books! XD

i also had a problem with downloading resources but...it seems it just loads the map without fully downloading it( the 0% didnt even reach 100%) and gets repeatedly boot out of event map cuz "connection has been lost"

Thanks for letting us know about this problem, I'll limit myself from roaming around for now til problem is fixed.

After nearly 24 hours of experiencing this problem, its finally working again! Its just really slow. No update required
