So when are these skills corrections/updates are going to be implemented and also how do they affect our stats/damage/etc? (i havent played in 4 months lol) thanks in advance
I found out what the skills do in the japanese wikia
Valkyria blade uses 85% of tempest gauge and does 6x critical damage x7 if dizzy and x8 if dizzy&bleeding and it ignores all defence and barriers etc but if you have the attacking speed from tempest all damage becomes 1/2 (cant remember)
Valentia gives +100% tempest right off the bat no need to do tempest sword skill it has a 30 second recast decreace delay by dex
Helvenhit give defence boost to team it uses 85% tempest but reduces tempest sword damage by 1/2
What i can tell this skills make tempest sword skill a little obsolete

Looks like resistance glad with dex will be more common soon
