Well when I farm I have -6s Skill delay through equips + cheltil and maelriel (-1.5s) so -7.5s. I also got overcapped dex but Idk how much it shortens my skill delay.
I can spam resurrection and limit break ( well almost limit break need one more -0.5s but I think that's not necessary ) without quick skill.

Edit: Alright I just tested it with exelis ( -6.5s ) and I realized I needed more skill delay ( -0.5s ) to spam resu without quick. So basically you need -7s skill delay to spam without quick. But Idk about dex tho.

Well I'm not sure if I can help you because I don't have a heal set but like years ago I was planning to make one but it ended up becoming a 1mp cost set now because in my opinion heal set isn't that important. One of the reasons is sd set is just so much better like constantly healing the tank is tiring + probably it won't even fill up their HP and the worst problem is most of the bosses hit more than you heal. I know you can just simply switch to sd set but I just wanna clarify that a heal set isn't necessary because sd set is overall much better. But if you really wanna have one then sure.

If you're missing -0.5s believe me it makes a huge difference like you can nearly spam resu but you just need one more quick cool abi the delay is so noticeable which is kinda annoying. I was about to say that you could also use snow earmuff because it has heal recovery+15% and delay -1s but I think your spina isn't enough for that XD

If you wanna mix heal and sd then I'd go for medic pouch but if you wanna make a pure heal set then use viola.

Seems good but the problem is it's kinda pricey since I think she's probably looking for a cheap set.

Well if you're done with your set you can go farm and earn spina again.
I know how you feel XD I was like you in my nub days.. couldn't spam resu when I was 270+ and my damage was so low compared to other 270+ bishops.
But the most important thing is patience I guess.

sound like expensive abis, better not. There is this one time where i tried to replace melee def lvl 1 on armor with hp lvl 4. I messed up and ended up erasing the hp abis. I never tried again T~T

For now i'll try getting the heal staff (cheapest item lel) and argent ring, then the 2 al crysta. I have hulam nemes and miselatis stored somewhere so a total of 5 sec sd. Even if i can't spam resu, at least i won't take 30 sec to buff up (theres only like 4 buff -.-")
