1.Special class at elban. Npc is vafardo in magic research institute. 2. I would say go wizard as you are going int build. Could go cleric too. And be sure to lvl up production as much as you can before becoming alchemist. 3. I guess you could use hw equips for skill spam and enchanter equips for auto attack. I'll let other people who have alchemist answer this. 4. I Suppose You have to but skill books with a total of 24 m money. 5. You must produce the items required for using skills in production

As per the post above it answers your question already.
Now my opionion would be
1)You must raise the level of your production particularly Alchemy, Chasing, Carpentry, and Smithing.
(Preferably 90+, reason for this is when you had lower lvl recipe the materials needed needs high number and produce less only)
2)This class is a sort of Hybrid battle support who mainly relies in production in order to utilize its skills most likely the offensive one
3)Saying this class is a hybrid I will recommend that you must have a dominant side of this class.
If you prefer the auto attacker type you can go with the enchanter build, while if you want to become more offensice utilizing Skills then you will go with the high wizard build.
(These aren't the only builds but these are the most convenient atm considering most players are on testing phase right now)
Since IMO staying in between of these two while having only a little proportion from each class capability tends to be mediocre only but able to adapt into any situation.
