Bright side is, we're getting real progress on updates now. Shouldn't be too much longer for the rest of the "new" content.

Besides the summoner release and lv cap increase, there's a new "Summon" option in the character menu, and a new "Summon unit menu" setting in the display settings.
Also, not sure if it was added now or before, but the option to automatically try to connect to a server up to 5 times in case of failure exists now.

But is weird that they never mentioned it in the Maintenance notice.

It would ruin the surprise. Yesterday iruna th got alchemist, and they didn't announce it before the maintenance either, only after. |

Yeah, I was meaning that they did not mention it before the maintenance, they just wrote the Level Cap.
But they did with Necromancers.

When the thing just said level cap raise I thought to myself I wonder if skills will get released.for about 30 seconds but I was certain something else noteworthy would come.
On that I am willing to bet that some if not all of the delayed skills will come next update.
I'll wager 100m and I'll take up to 5 ppl.
