it might be like the before notice. usually after update they give more detail.

Historically, they haven't made mention of skill updates until after maintenance. I supposed there are no new skills because the maintenance time is not long... (historically they do a +5hours maintenance when something big like new skills is getting released) |

Updated: I will keep the original schedule as it is until I see the next few updates... basically, we should get level & prod cap raise & BS upgrades in Reoctove next week...
