Hsaputro (Retired) I have yet to see a good use-case for fixed magic. Also, if you spell burst fixed magic damage is not taken into the calculation (don't ask me why because it makes absolutely no sense, that's just how it is coded). In most cases you are better off using Magic Pierce, Magic, Spell Burst or INT abilities if you want an increase in damage. oh thanks for the explanation. and sorry for bothering u. i will keep my fixed magic on storage. ^^)/ cya |

Ryukengan I'm hearing that using three lvl 5 MPC abilities will give you -30% MP cost (the max you get with 1,2,3,4,5) Can anyone confirm this? if so I could free up a good 2 slots on other gear.

The effects however is a bit dependent on the abi level. For example, 5 lv1 same name abis can stack and you get the effects of 5 lv1 abis. But if you stack 5 lv5 same name abis, you get the effect of lv1+2+3+4+5 instead. That's what I was told, at least. |

Level 5 + Level 5 = Level 5 + Level 4 If you doubt it, test it on something easily observed like MP Cost. |

I also personally confirmed that using two lv2 same name abis gave me the effect of lv1 and lv2. No cancellation so far from experience. In the case that the abis are the same level but different names, they shouldn't affect each other in any way |

Meeeepp reviving this again. I just started farming for my own abis and this question occurred to me. Do different bosses have different drop rates for the various abilities or is it completely random? For example, when farming evasion on arm from Wizaleon, it drops really easily. But when farming evasion on add from Cerberus, it's so harddd. I've gotten 4 xtals, 4 wild dance, but only 1 evasion. So would another boss like Matar be more likely to drop evasion on add? i could say its quite random when it comes to farming abis. Abis always come with gear from boss which is rare and mostly boss have 3 abis. If the boss drop the gear, thers 4 probability (25%) either u got no abi, 1st/2nd/3rd abi on the gear. Drop rate in iruna is kinda crappy, not very detailed, a mess. |
