So i just hit 140, gonna stop mqs for awhile to farm for stuff and be rich >>> get better items etcc. So i was hype when i became a monk but i think the damage took that away lol. I know i don't have the gears yet and other things but i would like some tips on how to build more damage. What equips would i need? Xtals? add? etcc. Is gilgobble even good for a monk? i mean i know WOL is better obv but gilgobble can be an alternative until i got WOL (or never get it lol). Thanks for any helpful advice!

Thanks for any helpful advice! monks aren't ever insanely strong as per physical damage unless they are a Geo spammer or really top gear they have some good damage though because rush basically makes it to where it's dmgx2 as per DPs goes what makes them pretty strong I'd their survivability and your barely getting into the class is something that comes with time so I would say not to worry too much about damage hell my monk is 234 and does about 30-40k DPs but I also can solo a large amount of bosses just keep at it and improve your gear, this is purely IMO |

Try getting showy bangle ns for now until you get Slot spec WoL or if you become fortunate to hunt down a slotted show bangle(drops from art colon otw to zazel) then that would be the better/best choice ^^ if you want, you could try the set my monk used before she had more advanced equips. Mirage bow+9 Ns reason i use this was because i grinded high ents back then from 140-180 also i concentrated on maxing my agi/crt first before building int so it was really a better choice for me vs. Claws (spec bow gives +2 atk per crt/agi and mirage bow was fire element) Ultimi Magonza aulis gale cerberus Showy bangle ns idr my dmg but i was impressed with the additional dmg that showy bangle gives, around 10k additional dmg and with shellbreak idr but i guess it was around 18-20k |

Also im pure dps, dont even use add atack on my spec or add. |

I suppose not all players are equal. Let me break it down for you Damage Per Second Means accumulated damage within one second. If you hit 10k at normal speed that's 10k DPs If you hit 10k twice in the same amount of time that's 20k Were talking about damage per second not auto attack damage. I myself use: Koda3@245 eva4 daja Testament idr atk eva4 ziddu Freesia@253 eva4 daja Schwermer eva5 sorry Hcb up auto4 raton Acc auto5 Atleta tech5 wol Al crystal: Leviam Muscle colon Mamonea Maelriel Cheltil And I pump out 30k-40k like I said excluding shell break damage. No it's not average gear and you won't see numbers that high cause "hybrid" but that's not my fault lol Also 7-8k DPs for ninja/monk is pretty low When my doc spam ninja was auto he was doing roughly 70k~ DPs lets traslate that: U: "my equip is better and more xpensive so im better that u". Ur dubs are awesome pal, also i dont even care if u waste a lot of spina in ur set, also ik what dps is, and u can put the way u want but dmg is dmg even is u put in in other way. |
