Hope thats help. Dont worry doc ninja it still nice. Ea clone now deal lot more damage than before 9clone era. Lot less depend on delay on spamming doc. Seem no need for hp- either unlike before. Even magic nin who use strug can add vit to get more power

Normal bow base atk rise by str2atk dex2atk. Spec bow base atk rise by agi2,5atk crt1atk



If t build is high str agi crit then spec bow stronger than normal bow

Interesting o.o and .... idk, maybe ._. prolly with enough dex and -cast time it shouldnt be a problem
Plus it's a scroll, sth typically for ninjas so even if it(s not good, it was intended to be xD
