serin i like metal song that have some EDM feel like that crossfaith - devil's party, reminds me of marilyn mason - this is new *hit . im not familiar with metal, so i wanna know what the subgenre name for metal song like that? industrial metal or something else more specific? Yay! Glad you liked crossfaith *^* they are one of my favorites thus why they got their own category x,D I'm not too well versed in genres to be honest but i think its electronicore/synthcore. Probably wiki it ><? Sorry im not much help! thanks for the info. so far i like only devils party though. i dont like other song, i dont know maybe my taste is different i dont like metal that too fast/too harsh. i will surf more electronicore/synthcore on youtube. for metal song i tend to love more bands that rap or bands that use extra instruments like violin, piano, synth, turntable, etc in their music, like limp bizkit, linkin park, evanescence.but there are few exception for some fast metal songs, for example like muse - assassin song. and i absolutely love all songs from UK glam metal band the darkness although no rap, no synth or turnables hahahaha.

No problem! I kinda understand xp although thats not the harshest there is in metal/scream. I'm kinda a lightweight/midweight when it comes to what pleases me in metal. Music I tend to gravitate to usually has a combo of good instrumentals, beat and clean vocals. Although it is a lil hard for me to find a liking to synth and turntables if it doesn't really match the actual song (sorry hard to explain people who experiment into different genres and have no success). I am in no whatsoever well versed in music but I do enjoy listening and exploring thus why my liking is hard to explain since its EVERYWHERE, like literally. I too like linkin park and evanescence but im not too fond of limp bizkit and the darkness (uk). Although perhaps you should try Palisades out. ( )

i think i will share some more, because i think you deserve to know some more music with that 35 dollar prize. this is last part and i gonna share only music related to dubstep. i start with old school dubstep. do you know that some dubstep in early days (before 2010) sounds different than dubstep nowadays? they sounds more uniform , use much simpler random electronic sounds, more psychedelic/trippy, have less "robotic growl" sounds, more echoes, and sounds like reggae. thats how dub music supposed to to sounds like anyway, dub is version of reggae song that have alot echoes. they are many of them but i pick some that i like most and you can listen more old school dubstep here www.youtube.com/user/DubstepClassicsHDRSD - Kingfisher RSD - Pretty Bright Light Skream - Oskilatah >>> example of early "robotic growl" prototype that appears in most of modern dubstep nowadays. Skream - Exothermic Reaction Skream - Midnight Request Line Coki - Officer >>>> this one i enjoy most next are modern dubstep (around 2010 & onward), some people call them brostep. most modern dubstep lack of dub or trippy feel on them and sounds more aggressive, but some of them not that bad in my opinion because they dont go way too aggressive or at least have reggae music feel on them. Rusko - Woo Boost Skrillex & Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley - Make It Bun Dem <<<most likely you heard before Fiddler feat. Mayloo - Reggaestep <<< hungarian language Knife Party - 'Bonfire' and finally mellow version of modern dubstep called liquid dubstep/melodic dubstep/relaxing dubstep/chill dubstep/chillstep. they have no reggae music feel but have a lot of echoes. you probably heard before if you open my soundcloud page before Yuna - Lullabies (Adventure Club Remix) Urban Contact - Aurora The XX - Intro - Dubstep Remix (Go Jane Go) Rogue - Air (Summer Chords)

violinist+electronic music hmmmm, i think you will love this ff13-2 game soundtrack called Paradigm Shift
accept it as return favour for introducing palisades to me, not really like that particular sog that you suggest to me but they have ingredients that i like, i will try listen their other songs. i dont really remember if there any more violinist+electronic music in ff13-2 soundtrack but all three ff13 game soundtracks; ff13,ff13-2 and lightning return:ff13 have most modern style of music ever in final fantasy game history. i like this one called worlds collide, have rap and drum and bass music feel in it
btw, do you have soundcloud profile?

oh ya famine, there are some malaysian trash metal/death metal/ band that sing in English, they are Cromok,Brain Dead,Freedom That's Gone, and Nemesis. think almost all their songs in English,so you maybe interested to add in your collection. Sil Khannaz band also have song in English.
Back then when I still in elementary school I still remember my brother buy cassette tape of Cromok. Im not fan of extreme metal genre like trash metal/death metal/black metal and I never got interested of any their songs so i cant suggest any of their song, I leave to you to discover the band that I listed above yourself in youtube. try to add "malaysia" word along with band name in youtube if have trouble finding them.

I wanna share some more
Archeon is basically the same band as Made of Hate, but they sound SO different here that you wouldn't ever guess it's them. They were renamed after the album End of The Weakness.
Random badass death metal from a greek band.
Found this in my thumbs up playlist on youtube lol. The genre is melodic death metal.
Derp
Some old school death metal here, R.I.P. Chuck Schuldiner, Scott Clendenin and Chris Williams.
Not as brutal as the rest, but this is sooooo awesome. Paradise Lost is one of my favourite bands.
Probably you know this one, but wanna share it anyway.

Guy's I have to apologize, I have to delay giving out the prizes by one week. I bought a car this weekend and the minimum deposit for me to make to get approved, completely emptied out my bank account. I will send out the prizes for February 5th.
