Sometimes i thin ppl dont use their brains. If ur character dont have recipe so he/she dont know how to do it, even if u know. Logic. O.o that's dependent on game/dev design, not "Logic". I've seen other games where there was NO formula/recipe until you actually create the first item of that recipe. To answer the Q, no, it doesn't look like you can make something that you don't have the recipe yet. I recently tried to make something that's 1 level above my skill (Block, L20 when my Alch was L19) (didn't want to farm more sour nuts to get those last points to 20 lol).

When u create new character u cant create end game items. Even if u know materials and someone give u everything. First ur character must learn it. No matter how. It can be like in Iruna - u get new recipe everytime u lvl up ur production. Or like in WoW where u learn recipes from special NPC and some of them u must buy or drop. The games u r talkin about have recipe learning process hidden. Mostly in quests, sometimes u must just talk with someone. Like in The Witcher. Or sometimes its enough that u lvl up ur character. So ur argument is invalid.

I mean like I want to make Black Leather, and I have 10 Stack Black Fur, do I need keep clicking each time to make one Black Leather, or there was a shortcut to make Some Product items in one time ?? like trading system, we choose amount then trade it?? cause I just try and it sudden can, it said how much I want to made, but then I forgot, which button I choose @.@

To stop receiving exp from an item, your tailoring level should match the recipe lvl +1 (etc. lvl 5 recipe will stop losing exp when tailoring lvl is at 6), when you stop receiving exp from a recipe, that's when you can "mass produce" and can make multiple items at once. So when you click produce and see the option where you can choose the number of times, you can produce a recipe at once (wehre you are don't have to click produce one at a time) that's when you move on to the next higer level recipe to gain more lvls in prod. Though one of the things that can't be mass produced is gold dust? ._. I can't bothered doing alch atm o.o

No need to fight mobs for drops. You may need to Avoid mobs if you're low level, or use Items like Gilgoble book.
