If it isnt too much to ask do u know how many of what island objects would be best to lvl both pulis and sofys quickly? If no one knows me and my gf can find out but if someone already has the info would be a huge time saver >.<

You can add this to records of available stray pets. Unfortunately I have no idea what attribute attracts this and I forgot my lucky color the day it appeared in my island.  |

If no one knows me and my gf can find out but if someone already has the info would be a huge time saver >.< pulis is non, and a good and you need as many non element as you can possibly put in the island, there's not a best amount (because best amount is max amount) I have like 140 of non on my island (I buy items on iruna shop) about sofys, I don't know the element, just go to any monster section and look at sofys element attribute |

If you still want to know the best set to level Sofys (using only non-coin objects) would be:
21 Mini Snowman
17 Mini Cactus/ Iron Rice Cooker/ Ale Keg/ Hand Pail/ Blue Zabuton and Blue Cushion
You will have 5 spots left, just place whatever water object you want (best option being coin objects or maybe Snow Sculpture - not sure what elements it has, but might be water).
You will have 75 water with this set, so you will receive 87 exp on the trained stat and 75 exp in every stat feeding with Fancy Pet Food.
Pulis is neutral, so her best exp set would be:
14 of every neutral object (New Year Deco., Xmas Cake B, Stock Pot, Ale Keg, Wooden Pail, Potted Tree, Potted Plant, Bronze Candlestick and Bronze Candelabrum).
Total neutral element would be 80, making you receive 90 exp training and 80 exp feeding with Fancy Pet Food.

I don't understand. I have and only have 7 mini haniwa on island. My island points show as about 280. I feed my kijimu with liquid fpf. It only gains 10 exp on all stats. Why? My friend can lvl his kijimu by 2 with fpf

Maybe your friend got the very satisfied message, that raises the exp gained, also, put some more haniwas or blocks, that increase the exp gained
