My friend (job bk) ask me wat armour I use. I said Im using litch armour. Then he said ur skill delay will be soooo sloow if u dont use exelis. I was like wat. My question was does exelis rly important?

Use exelis only if you need more skill delay. Also I use licht s as well as seperation arrows/barbotita. The skill delay all together with 256 Dex is about 2-2.5 seconds. With this I can spam TE with about .5-1sec that lags behind. This is when the buff from licht activates. Current exelis has -1.5seconds so with -.5seconds on additional and maybe -1sec on special you should be good.
