Servant Guide
Welcome to my servant guide
first of all, I'm not saying this is the best servant guide, nor that this is the only way to play servant. Feel free to point out any incorrect or missing information, additional gears, or new builds.
I also want this guide to not only be based on my own beliefs of what makes a good servant, I would like to hear what others think of this class and how others think it should be played.
This guide will be updated at least once a week, to make sure it's always up-to-date
I would also really appreciate it if you correct any of my incorrect English, as I'm not a native speaker and I make lots of mistakes.
Builds
Servant is one of the more free classes, meaning it can pretty much handle any build. I'll try to mention the builds which I find the most usable, and a few builds I find really interesting, but keep in mind Servant has much more possibilities than just these builds.
int > vit > dex
This is a pure support/counter build, it offers high Magic Defense and Defense, as well as high MP to use for your skills. Dex is for those who want a bit more cast speed for Holy Light or Mana Wave, or if you want to keep your Servant pure magic based. Also, since int and vit both increase defences and give a boost in HP and MP, int and vit are very useful with Soul Connect, giving any player some extra HP or MP to work with.
I suggest using this build with counter gear/crysta, such as Voila or Sofys.
int > vit > agi
Pure survivability build, int gives a serious boost in Magic Power and Magic Defense. While vit and agi make sure you do not die. Very useful for players who want to be using Servant mainly as a tank in parties.
I suggest using this build with HP boosting gear such as Iron Armor (upgraded) or HP+20%. You could also add kodaII as your weapon, which would give you decent physical attack to work with (assuming you have max/high agi)
I have experienced giving int and vit to players by using soul connect is not always useful, as most classes/builds include vit and/or int. But, many classes lack agi (there is not a single class I know of with VIT and AGI in their build) so you always have something to give to players
int = dex > agi/crt/vit
Magic sword/bow user with descent survivability. Good for soloing but might really have trouble with high level bosses and mobs (untested so I do not know for sure)
agi > str > crt
Some of you might recognise this as the default ninja build, I think servant would work well with this build because of the high damage and decent survivability. Also very useful with Soul Connect to either low level players, but most importantly to classes without Agi, Str, or Crt in their build, such as Paladin or Gladiator. I think that this build together with a Paladin would make a very strong combination.
I suggest using this build with kodaII, giving you a power boost. You could also get gear to boost either MP, Magic Attack or MP Recovery, for higher heals or for extra MP to use your skills with.
Skills
Soul Connection (120)
Half of your stat points are transferred to the target for 30 minutes. The effect ends if the players move too far away from each other. Also, the stats can't go above 256, so if I have 256 vit, and I transfer to someone with 246 vit, only 10 points will be transferred. It is currently unknown if in that case I still lose 128, even if target can only receive 10. Stat release does NOT increase the stat limit of 256. Also, the given stat points are rounded half down. So if I have 13 Int, I give 6 away
Enrage (120)
Heals the target (same amount as heal level 1) and increases target hate.
Soothe (120)
Heals the target (same amount as heal level 1) and decreases target hate.
Magic Soul (120)
(passive) Boosts stats a little when Soul Connect is in use
Logical Insight (140)
(passive) Makes the hate of party members visible. Good to use with the hate control skills
Highness Bless (140)
Skill like Bless for entire party and better recovery. Lasts 30 seconds
Sharp Eye (140)
Deals 1 damage and shows target element in log
Shield of light (140)
Reduce damage for 10 seconds
It's like stone skin (but weaker(?) )
Rest of the skills will be posted soon (Im not sure when...)
Leveling
No panic ^^ leveling will be here soon. I'll be starting this part of my guide tomorrow
Equipment
Will be extended as soon as I have access to a PC, this is hard on mobile...
Weapons
Kerykeion
Get: Fort Bailune (Torrent Crystal x1, Wisdom Crystal x2, Mercy Crystal x2)
Item Delay-0.5s, matk+6%, heal+?%, melee R+5%, Something else...
Kerykeion II
Get: Lograth City(Old Dragon Wing x1, ? x6, ?)
Item delay-0.5s, matk+11%, heal+9%, melee R+7%, something else (not sure on the percentages)
Additional
Voila
Get: Sofya Raid (raid box A)
Cast time+50%, Matk+?%, heal+?%, possibility of dark Element counterattack by defense
Body
Tunic
Get: Fire Elemental (Scorched Tunnels)
Definitely not the best you can get, but it works. Can be upgraded at Kleya, then at Bailune. Stats are something with MP recovery and Magic Defense. Upgrade adds maxMP and matk.
Special
Whatever floats your boat, honestly everything works.
