i just read your results, kinda confused about how the info was explained though, i see you are explaining about stray pet sets, pet feeding and pet training, all of those are calculated on different formulas:
first, we don't know if the calculation of the elements needed to call a pet were made considering the table i resumed in the first page (lets call it complex calculation), or if they were just calculated considering that 1=1 and 5=5 (lets call it raw calculation), so, maybe the values to call a pet are not really accurate, and maybe that's why no one can successfully call a tri tail (that or they are just unimplemented)
second: about pet training, it considers this formula Value raised = (Island attribute value ÷ 2) + 50, again, in this formula we don't know if it uses the complex or raw calculation.
third: there's also another formula for stamina and affinity as you just saw, also, if your island attribute is really high, your affinity and stamina will raise even if the pet hates the food, this one considers a fixed value from the food (which varies from common, uncommon, rare and price) and varies between category, also the value of the island itself (normal island or island from stores i remember reading it works as a multiplier, yet i don't have the link, so, don't fully believe me on this one) also, if the pet likes the food or not, and there's also a slight chance that the pet gets "very satisfied" from food, but that is really random (my pet mani gets very satisfied when feeding meat or fish almost 50% of the times, my pet pulis get very satisfied by meat only about 15% of times, medetai will never get anything different than eating silently)
fourth: the complex calculation is used on the calculation for exp gained when feeding, also, a fixed value from food, and lots and lots of variables that i'm just unable to compute.

Yeah maybe it was trying to do many different things that got me confused in the first place. But it seams we need to gather more data to be able to calculate everything. Oh, well, we do love challenges don't we? (Maybe we can finally crack the code to summon Tritail *-*9 ) Anyway I finally got around to figuring a way to summon the pets I needed to, so guess I'll spend the rest of the week playing with island objects. I still think all the island attribute is calculated by the same formula/table, since JP wiki just gives the one (except for the objects with 8 attributes? Tho I've never seen any). Btw, thought you might like to see the JP wiki Pet and Cultivation forum boards. Might help with the things we don't understand yet. Cultivation

This is a work in progress, we might not get the exact values on everything, but will help us comprehend how islands works, and best ways to improve it.
From the link you post, i noticed someone said that dark element decrease harvest, i kinda desagreed, because my third most element in island is dark, and my harvest are just to high, i mean, 2.5 wheat in day 5 is a lot

and i tried not harvesting coconut, on 20th day it withered, didnt produce any seeds too :/

If anyone cares to verify here is the test results (tests still ongoing but after 3 weeks i've been itching to share) : linkAlso used evelynn's post on the pet list thread to verify some of the decimals Test Flower Nectar - Kijimu - Small Island 25 Haniwa (50) - Satisfied (71) 24 Haniwa (48) - Satisfied (71) 23 - Satisfied (71) 22 - Satisfied (71) 21 - Satisfied (71) 20 - Satisfied (70) 19 - Satisfied (70) 18 - Satisfied (69) 17 - Satisfied (69) 16 - Satisfied (68) 15 - Satisfied (67) 14 - Satisfied (67) 13 - Satisfied (66) 12 - Satisfied (66) 11 - Satisfied (65) 10 - Satisfied (64) 9 - Satisfied (63) 8 - Satisfied (62) 7 - Satisfied (61) 6 - Satisfied (60) I got a bunch of mini haniwas and put them on my island to summon stray kijimus. 22 - Satisfied (71) represents 22 mini haniwas, that the kijimu was "Satisfied" and that the pet received 71 points of affinity. The constant food was flower nectar in this instance. So the more items you have, the more affinity. Also noted that Stray Colon started appearing with 14 blocks and Stray Kijimu started appearing with 17 blocks. The test takes into consideration that the default island adds +1 to all elements.

so, there's no change above 21, and there's no degrade value on having like, 4 or 22 for example, that's really interesting, i kinda want some more info on any number above 21, but i think that is completely pointless, we can now agree that 21 is a good value on island item, but, i can see on your results that 4=3, that means 1=1 2=2 3=3 4=3 and so on, thank you for these results and for the time invested ^_^ i'll use the results to improve my list

I'm continuing with the tests until the whole island is filled with blocks XD
soon we'll have more results. I believe the values with decimal points are important when using objects that give 2 or more points of the same element (ex.: mini haniwa) and when combining different objects, but that still needs to be tested

lacs, I'm actually replying to another post of yours but thought it best to use this thread that's more about planting irunaonline.boards.net/post/147033 Lacs, actually this is incorrect (can only speak on Grains for now, but will try to do veg and fruit later). Decided to buy more planters on another account that didn't even have any island items and: Planted Grain + Pure Water and harvested withered (I forgot by a day lol) Received wheat, wheat seeds, grain seeds. Was totally surprised lol. No leaf or anything not from grain seeds. FIRST planting/harvesting on this account. Possible I got a fluke or something; will wait the requisite 9 days for this batch of grain seeds and post results. I'll try to make some veg and fruit seeds this weekend but won't be able to plant until mid next week.

That's some nice discovery there, i remember looking at the updates and bugs "unexpected harvest from certain crops" got fixed, i was testing before this got fixed, so, maybe cheer seeds will actually give cherries without needing to use the planters till they "level up" thanks for your replay

just wanna share, for the pets with skills, you cant use or the skill wont be use (if passive) when you let your pet (the one with skill) to stay in pet hotel i tried it with my unicorn with hide attack, and it doesnt procs

I always like to explain things mathematicaly, so, maybe there's a probability that the plant gives the actual seed, and a probability of leaf plant, and the probability of lead decreases depending of the planters use, I don't know, that's what I think
