Grinded 2 lvls this weekend, sq & helped farmed a lot for production/equip mats. My time at H.ents, Megas & Divine Tower is wasted. Ultimate trolls indeed.

They are working on that, try to solve the problem. If our lvls, items , prod lvl or what ever don t come back to the normal, we should ALL ( or at least the maximum of persons, CUSTOMERS of iruna) cancel our monthly tickets subscription, stop to buy coins and why not stop the game until they solve or give us a HUGE compensation (not a book...) for THEM mistake. As a customer we have the right to complain and to be compensate for them mistake. After i m sure many addicts will continue to play like nothing happened, even now when i look in game how many players trade exp normally ... really that s piss me of ! I can t understand how we can accept and close our eyes when an ENTERPRISE PISS on us... Anyway i supose that kind of people don t go to the forum so my post it s not really usefull. I was spaming this morning "stop trade exp ..." many persons blamed me for that ! How can we protect them and don t make any proove of solidarity when a bullshit like thatone happen ! RANSKA. Lol it happens tho ay. Just look at wot happened a few yrs ago in Q.L.D Australia with the "truckies strike" we had (something to do with some gov decision or other) but wasn't truly effective even tho some of the hardliners went as far as useing their trucks to block the way to shopping centers & the like, there were still many small & independent operators that had little choice but to keep on going. Thus the strike sadly for some, failed. Tho in this case is just either total addicts that can't not play, or just dumb nubbies that don't know any better.

Strangely I think xtals placed into equipment were unaffected. I placed a Gilgobble into my Sion and had my new char run around with it before the maint, I still have it Unfortunately mine are all lost. Oritius/magonza/Vida/Beelzenoid they reverted back to Sharpness II my storage wasnt affected and apostolia tho. Still such a huge loses, as my lucky moment was from 3days ago until yesterday. Now 66 hours I spent in 3 days was for nothing I feel you. My guild friends helped me level a lot, and it sucks that everything was wasted. Not mention that even coin items I used were not restored. And even an item I got a in the Stamp event was lost, a long with my blue peafowl wings I received during the free box campaign from a few months ago. All because I decided to move those items from storage onto my character on Saturday. And the spina... m+ lost personally and in the guild. They sent up a notice to say they're aware of the situation and will be working on returning character data to before April 12th 11:00PM Pacific, but my character is still stuck. Anyone else see any changes?

Unfortunately mine are all lost. Oritius/magonza/Vida/Beelzenoid they reverted back to Sharpness II my storage wasnt affected and apostolia tho. :v well it really sucks, (lost 4 levels over 40m spina and prod mats hahahahah). Well at least I guess it'll let us do something else instead of spending 6 hours straight on iruna :v. Asobimo is almost telling us to stop hibernating and get a life xD.
And I don't know if they are doing it in the theme of "Going back to the past" (you know the MQ story, we came back to the past HAHAHAHA). Time to have an Anime Marsthon :D

Yeah. I lost a few million spina and 20 Levels. I guess it doesn't matter to much considering we should be getting our stuff back. I will admit however it was a bit rage inducing as I spent a few hours getting skills and stuff the other night. Yet, I get back on and my character is level 111 (Correct Level) but then when I logged in it kicked me and I had to restart iruna. So now im 91 again.

They should compensate ticket users by extending their tickets. We've essentially lost three days of paid ticket usage.

This kinda happen last year around this time servers get overloaded due to events. And since more free boxes are coming up more people are playing. Last year they had an emergancy shut down because specia server and all servers were full and caused a crash.
I also think the free ava boxes Are the compinsation for lost coin items during former matinenece and other coin compinsation etc. Which in turn causes more server traffic which is why they close free treasure box 180. When they do free boxes to prevent a system crash.

Lets just see what will happen on the next few hours/days or even weeks.
They currently "investing" so no worries xD.
I am hoping but not expecting too much. if there's a chances to revert back all the of our losses, then thank you.
(This is the first time I've encountered an issue like this eversince I played MMORPG, now I know how it feels to lose all your progress with a blink of an eye.)
But if its not fine, at the end of the day I will earn and grind no matter how long it will take to recover.
Still, time, money, and efforts we spent is valuable for us to accept all of this in just a short period of time
