I wonder what caused all this. Too much modders/modding?  could be. im not expert at programming but i love to use mods on pc games like custom buildings on simcity 4 and corrupted saved city data do happened. ive already report about presence of iruna apk modders about 2 months ago. on lastest update log,i saw iruna gm mentions about revision on penalty policy, iruna-online.com/info?no=1160 i see "Falsify, modify or disassemble any Service, Content, or Software". thats revision of pernalty policy definitely in response to increasing numbes of APK modders lately in iruna |

you can also lock your items in your inventory, all my locked item in my inventory is not affected by the roll back. Locking items does nothing to protect against a rollback i lost many locked items from inventory. Items in storage were unaffacted and were safe, locked or unlocked. Agreed. I lost some items I'd taken from storage and equipped to my avi. I always lock equips, and it was all lost. Unfortunately, the announcements say that collectibles are unrestorable, so I guess they effed a lot of us up. I wonder how they'll be able to compensate all that loss. I've sent a message to their support team asking for more answers and speculating whether they were hacked or not. If that's the case, user info could be at risk. Hope that prompts them to update us on the situation sooner. |

After three days customer support finally replied back to my question about my lost coin items. They literally just sent me a copy/paste of the news.

my ameno  idc about the exp, spina and other stuff I lost I just want my ameno It's okay baby I'll get you another one :3 Personally I lost a few Al levels, a few Schwartz s with Provoke Ability, lots of materials for Passion Robe and a Cherose xtal. Yes it sucks but bad things happen. The game is fun, I enjoy playing it so I will just look forward and won't be bitter about it. They already restored the exp and spina, they may be able to restore the items too, if not then it's okay because all of these can be regained, the joy of playing the game was not taken from me. nuuuu you don't need to |

i am so glad i spend the weekend watching SAO instead of leveling, i just made some abis lvl 5, but made so many mistakes trying, also my girlfriend used her stefilis on her bishop to use the stats she had on vit and place it into agi, now it's like she never made that mistake :3 some of us got lucky this weekend, but i feel bad for those who lost precious items  |

yeah, they just announced that some of the more important coin items have been restored, the next steep are the rest of the coin items, the avatars, body and additionals, and the items bought to other players (this last one will take some more time) tell cielawinos the ameno will return  just give them some time, i estimate 2-3 weeks for all the items to be restored |

i lost 2 stk ori and avartar.they don't fix item and avartar and just fix lv  They are still working on items/avatar/spina etc. that were lost because of the rollback. That is the truth ?when the item is returned and avatar? |

From what i understood they restored books, wind arks, slotting items and other time sensitive coin items.
Avatars and coin shop gear might be next. Game items that weren't lost (things you bought from other people) won't be restored, the trades were unmade, so the original owner has that item and you most probably got your money back.
The game items they are working on are the ones that were lost (things you farmed/produced, things you took out of storage). Those items might also be the source of the lost spina, since if you farmed and sold items in those 3 lost days the spina returned to the buyer and the item that should have gone to you vanished.
At least that's what i understood.
I just hope they tell us if we will need to keep empty space in our bags or storage for the missing items or if they will just fill our bags over the limit.
