In all honesty, I really don't see what the fuss is about. Granted, everyone has lost something. Some have lost more than others, some not so much. Just a thought. And this is my opinion, all thoughts against this are accepted and expected. I feel people who have receipts of coin purcase since the previous Thursday/Friday should receive 3000 coins to purchase 10 avatar boxes. As from experience, I've ALWAYS gained at least 1 body avatar from 3000. My other thought is ticket users should receive 30 days free, completely unpaid, extended use of tickets to make up for the loss. Tickets didn't rollack. And i've spent 200 bucks before n no ava body.XD. They can refund though. Meaning coins, not money. They know rollback date. They can find purchase transactions. They can see how much was spent from that coin purchase (because shop didnt rollback) and from there know how much to give those players. Also remember that it a lot of work. And did this effect jp as well? Because the'll take care of jp before us. Jp spends more by far. I lost my eyes and blk hair. I only had enough coins to buy blk hair back. So its not worth it, for me. I know someone that spent a lot and lost avas... x) Rollbacks r bad in any mmo. But to lose money bought stuff is not ok nor normal. If they don't payback that sht I know a lot of people will just play a diff game. |

Its like in business. Lets say you buy a new phone. Then they update ota. But new version is incompatible with some of your apps and did things that were not disclosed. now they are feeling pushback. There seems to me a legitimate case on lost coins. And what was bought w them. As far as i can guess. u have a right to the items u purchased so long as ur account is not deleted for legitimate reasons or u deleted them yourself or game is ended like celes. Otherwise u could probably win a charge back if u used a credit card. Which is why they are going to return coin items. Its a virtual guarantee. Now about lost items and exp. Since it was free and not paid for. They could say sorry deal with it. But as in all business decisions. They are currently weighing if its worth the bad pr and potential loss of customer base to not do anything. Also they dont want to set precedence where ppl expectthings based on this in the future. Im sure meetings were and are being held to see what should they do if anything. just my observation.

I can understand folks being upset, but the best course of action is to remain calm. If you lost any kind of real works money or coin items send them an email and explain.the situation calmly. Sending death threats or cussing them out will not help anything. I honestly feel sorry for the asobimo customer support.

My black lacquer sword actually got duplicated but I lost my ava wings |

In game items aren't guaranteed to be returned and the company doesn't have to do it but it is in their best interest to do so. They are committing suicide if they don't try given the time it takes to aquire items etc. and it seems they are trying.
The latest update message looks like items gained now are safe and lost items will try and be returned. God knows how that will work, make sure you have free inventory space! XP will be reimbursed but not if you level now past what was lost. Eg. Was lvl 150, dropped to 145 on rollback. If you don't lvl you'll get lvl150 back but if you lvl past 150 you'll get nothing. That's how I was understanding the terrible English anyways :/.
Items purchased with real money (coins) are something else entirely. Coin bought during the rollback you can just contact banks/credit card/Google (depending on payment method) and ask for your money back as you don't get what you paid for. Actually you got nothing because the company screwed up, they can't not return it unless being accused of theft/fraud.
Google terms and conditions and developer terms and conditions are very clear about that. You can easily read them online. I assume apple must be the same with iTunes. If you are out of pocket from rollback, don't want to wait or chance avatar boxes again just ask for your money back. The longer you wait the harder it may be.
Those avatars lost that were purchased months/years ago but we're lost because they were removed from storage during the 3 day period may be lost without any chance of getting back or money refunded. Too much time may have pasted since the purchase. Which kinda sucks and is just wrong, buying something from a company then having it destroyed by them 3 months later and not getting refund :/.
Tickets should also be np refunding, if bought in those 3 days. And I would advise doing so, nothing has been said officially about ticket purchases and the xp refund is mess by the looks of it.

im one of the ppl who lost quite alot because of this rollback, true that there r no real causal to protect player from this kinda misconduct but lets get real here would you wanna keep doing business or promote a company that cant appreciate what you have have done for them ?, even in RL bad PR is one of the major cause of company downfall

Asobimo says "Game play will not be affected when item compensations are made, but character levels earned (over exceeded) during the rollback period may not be applied for restorations."
Q #1. What if i farm things now and they will restore my original acc , does the things i farmed will be saved ?
Q #2. If they restore my original acc back and the things i farmed will be saved on my original(restored) acc ,wat if my bag/storage is full , where will they save the things i farmed now ?
PLS I NEED YOUR ANSWERS/OPINION coz i want to farm spina again and i dont know if the spina i farmed now will be added in my restored original acc. no it won't, its been stated before, w.e you farm now will get deleted they will revert BACK to what your char was BEFORE they messed up not to what it was THREE days ago, to what it was PRIOR to them doing the roll back, so if you were lv 154 before they did the roll back to three days prior to that which made you become 142 (like me) they will send you back to the 154 lv How bout the spina i got , will it be lost or added to my original acc ? |
