IMO the only restoring that can be done are coins and coin shop items. All in game losses are just Ls its not fair but thats what it is

This is a serious screw up! Whom ever the smart arse working that ok'ed a server rollback needs to be shot! It was the weekend, peek playing time with the most people online, 2 events running, thousands of trades happening, tons of xp being gained. Rolling back servers 3 days undermining all of that is suicide. If they didn't see the backlash and problems with it they are complete idiots and the playing community as a whole shouldn't stand for it. I really hope they had a serious server problem and this was the only option left.
That being said, they have to resolve this issue with another rollback to just before the emergency maintenance. If they don't the game is as good as dead people are ready to quit if they haven't done so already. The fact storage and players spina wasn't effected makes it worse for them. The rollback didn't just affect items gathered in the 3 days, any item removed from storage in that time period and that was in the characters inventory is lost. Xtals, avatars, equipment etc. maybe someone want to change looks or sell some items and pff gone because the rollback data says the character didn't have those items and storage data wasn't rolled back! Douh! Same goes with characters spina.
I'd say they f'ed up twice, something went pear shaped and they tried to fix it, did a server rollback and forgot about storage and players spina and shot themselves in the foot.
They can't explain not restoring lost items bought with coins (avatars etc) real money before all this. Eg. Spend $200 on avatar boxes 4 months ago place a load in storage and decide to change looks on Saturday, equip the new stuff and find out on login on Monday they don't exist and have disappeared.
Coins items bought during the 3 days they have to address, aside from possibly losing the majority of all players from this they can face a PIE storm from banks/credit card companies and from google/apple.
I do hope whoever is handling this HAS a brain, half a brain didn't really work too well with the rollback!
For those of you still playing I strongly advise you get some trash weapon, armour, additional equipment. (shortsword, leather armour etc.) and each time you log out equip the trash items and place all equipment and valued items in storage. Keep what you haven't lost safe!
They certainly won't be rolling back the storage it will make things 1000 times worse than it is now and who knows maybe you'll get duped items out of it.
Megistus rod in storage, trash weapon equipped - server rollback - megistus rod equipped and one in storage!
It's mainly to safe guard what you still have left, if you get duplicated items then why not. It's kind of an exploit I guess but who cares they screwed up big time and are on the verge of a catastrophic MMO armageddon!

What exactly is going on? It hasn't effected me, so I have no clue as to what is going on. People on the playstore are ranting. I have people in my guild wondering what is going on.

On a fun note, the first four episodes of Game of Thrones season 5 were leaked
Some random stuff added back to guild storage from awhile ago and
a guildie lost a level or two. This morning she was 255 In the Guild list up until the afternoon, now she's dropped to 254.

This didn't help at all for me. Especially since everything I won at my guild event spina+items are long gone and my magonza still gone. And they even had the nerve to troll me e.e logged onto alt which was lvl 141 at the time yesterday when I lvled it. I fully sign onto game and I'm back at lvl 134 and all my spina is gone. Thanks Asobimo thanks for trolling me e.e

Hundreds and hundreds of pages of reviews complaining about this issue. I usually always check reviews not just the 1st or 2nd pages, usually it's a mix and there are always stupid ones. But my god, the latest Iruna ones are endless and 99% all bad. There are some very angry, upset and disappointed people out there and rightly so, I'm one of them. I've not seen so many bad reviews so quickly for an app. |

I just cant see them being able to restore everyones items without destroying the people who werent effected items. Unless they do it one by one because to fix the number of people who were effected the only way to do that is by what meowmeow said another rollback and that will just continue the cycle.Thats why i cant see any in game items being restored.

I don't think so, but anniversary Event has pretty much been a ghost town past week. People went crazy for the raids at the beginning and it died. So I guess we suck at increasing the kills :/ |
