♡(ゝ。∂)♥ Sa tagaytay masarap yung mga bulaluhan =v= Lasing ka lang nun Seriously though, miss ko din bulalo sa pinas (kahit saan sa pinas, lol). Last time nagluto ako ng bulalo dito sa US, grabe sebo. Iba lang talaga baka diyan.

Hahaha naalala ko yung kwento ni tita na nagluto ng bulalo diyan at forever nilalng tinantanggal yung sebo tuwing nagluluto sila ng bulalo. Ganun ba kawild at talagang kailangan tanggalin? .-.
Nagugutom naman akp dito. (I know... It's my fault..)

Pretty much, yes. Huling nagluto ako, ginawa namin eh kinabukasan na kinain, para lumamig at tumigas sa ibabaw yung sebo at matangal bago kainin.

Bulalo ay yung panay buto na may litid at bulalo mismo tapos nilagang baka ay panay karne~

Medyo pareho sila, depende sa gamit mong karne at dagdag na gulay (bulalo puwede ala gulay except onions but can do it with gulay too like cabbage or bokchoy).
Nilaga usually have more stuff in it (patatas o carrots) than bulalo. Saka gusto mo usually, malambot karne ng nilaga like brisket or even rib eye kasi habol mo eh yung lasa ng karne.
Bulalo, if with meat, e tamang shank (binti) meat with the marrow bone which is usually tougher and takes longer to cook; masarap din karne, pero habol mo dito eh lasa ng sabaw
You should try Goto with beef shank lol. Grabe nga lang sa cholesterol lmao
