For the record, I'm at lvl 55.
I honestly don't know. Knight doesn't have as good inherent stat boosts, but I need all the bulk I can get, and Double Attack, Protection and Defense are just required for my survival. Hunter is more suited for AGI/CRT, but I can't use poison, nor get the bow bonus because I can't really drop claws, considering I have no Dex, and have invested into AGI 144, CRT 21, and STR 10(Just before reading beginner's guide).
For a future Nail Ninja, and for AGI/CRT in general, is Hunter or Knight better? I have tons of time to decide, since I don't think Stone Golems are gonna be nice to me for a while...

They are about the same. Knight probably has a little edge over Hunter though. You also already have 144 AGI so you will have max ASPD with a Knight already as well.
Since you are concerned with survival I would say Knight. Fyi, both get Double Attack, Protection, and Defense lol. Knight just gets a much bigger HP bonus and Guard(30% Physical Resistance).

Not to throw a wrench at your plans, but consider using Hunter+SPC bow? Your AGI/CRT works well with it, and even if you switch to to claw as Nin, you keep the stats as is. Malicia or Ameno ns ~1M only Adv of Bow (any bow, just not spec but spec works for your stats) is that if you can find mobs that you can kill before they get to you, thats one BIG worry that you won't have. BTW, if you're doing stone golems, try the snakes too. They give less XP per kill but you will kill them a LOT faster. If you do some of your MQ, you can go to Dark Castle and kill Dark Soldiers INside the castle. Again, they give less XP than Dark WARRIORs, but they die a LOT faster. IIRC, I saw hunters 1 shotting them around L55-60 |

When using claws/nails
Knight: Better defense
Hunter: Better offense

IIRC, Warriors had 10x the HP (like 20K vs 2K!) for 5x the Xp not to mention that you can probably 1- to 2-shot soldiers so nothing to hit you back as much. Warrior spell hurts. |

Thanks for Spc Bow info! And as for warriors, I farm them because Revita L. But then again, I get hot by so much magic that I'm losing Revita L fighting them. Unfortunately I'm stuck in MQ because I have killed literally 1000 of those fire lizards and cannot get a Jewel Steel. |

It should be. Just in case, you may want to move deeper where there are no golems (lava instead) and try there? That's where I usually go when I need one.

To add a little more info :
Spec bow : atk up by agi (2.4) and crit (1 - 1.5) more offensive than a claw if ur a high lvl this is better option when making an alt specially if ur going by hunter. since u wont have much damage skill , except for arrow rain but spam isnt much of an option.
Ameno uzume : evade +10% is pretty good plus wind element is 20% more to water element. (This is best on auto attack / knight side)
Malicia skill delay -1 second is helpfull at both sides but having no eva gives less survival and no element doesnt give any option on auto atack grinds other than normal.
Mirage : good for hunter's auto attacking , but isnt pretty much recommended at ninja since it negates ni rengeki (double damage by normal hit on chances).
