Heinrich Mail stats says in one part: "... cut damage if hp below 25%". What does this mean? Does it affect magic damage?

You receive less damage when your HP is below 25%, this is not an autoskill. It works especially great on Monks, Pallys, and Enchys.

From what ive noticed, it affects all incoming damage besides the hit that kills you. And its not a buff, its automatic as soon as you meet the requirements.
Ex.
Battle log says (maybe not exact, cant remember exact since im not on now)
Damage Reduced by 500 Madara takes 2000 damage from X-Mob

Pretty good!!

I dont see the practicality in using this armor for pallys. We normally want to have our hp to be high for good guardian damage. Yes it does virtually extend your life when you are 25%hp and below, but for a pally to be in that predicament can mean he is already taking heavy damage which means it can only hold for a little while.
It maybe good for those who can be at 25%hp and hold (like glad/enchanters stone skin) or those who revive (drain/resurrect/lentus), and probably for a purpose to use: like in conjuction with gears that work on low hp.

Sir may i just ask why monks? ^_^ It boosts both ATK and MATK, gives hybrid penetration, and works extremely good with other surivability enhancing autoskills (Granvia Shield, Parry, HP Recovery from Dragon Claw, Damage mitigation or HP recovery of any form really). With proper gear setup you get incredibly tanky while still being able to dish out a lot of damage. The problem is if your MAXHP is naturally low and the 25% that is left is easily taken down. This is why I would only find it useful on Paladin, Monk, or Enchanter. They benefit the most from Autoskill in my opinion. Try using Granvia Shield with high Autoskill and Heinrich Mail while your HP is below 25% and take a look at the reliable damage reduction.

Its great with iniliba like I said before n.n/ since its not a auto the auto consumption from iniliba isn't a issue and furthers damage reduction

オーゼン heinrich damage cut is not autoskill, so no auto proc. Its similar with interfike attack interval cut. Have you compare your damage taken at >25% HP with your <25% HP?
