Guys, for a 117 wiz like me, is there something to do in the event except d santa 1 and piton? I'm gonna be real here... No... Xmas mobs can one shot you and you're only good as a mana battery of you finish the quests and get to Dorry or Fiona or any other of the bosses.

I want to but truth be told I don't even know if I'll even make it to Lydia simply because I'm trying to get as many event xstals as I can get. I do really want the freesia claw though so anyone know how much a slot costs.

Has anyone else noticed experience fluctuations on piton fight? I can get anywhere from 2900 - 20k exp per kill (as ticket user).
Is this explainable?

I really don't understand why people are selling dorry for 80m. After the event ends I picture them going back to 100m. Fiona's are probably going to be a little higher simply because not as many people farm her.

I really don't understand why people are selling dorry for 80m. After the event ends I picture them going back to 100m. Fiona's are probably going to be a little higher simply because not as many people farm her. Lets have a little economy class (a very simplistic one coz I only have a bare minimum understanding of economy) Dorry was released last year and imediately people realized that this xtal was better than Magonza. Then everybody decided to farm Dorry. I think that was also the raise of the Speed Hackers so the market was saturated with Dorry xtals. During that time Dorry was sold for 50-80m aproximately. Imagine that iruna's population is static when looking at a point in time (like an event) but it's always raising when you look at 2 separated periods of time. In this case lets say we had dorry xtal enough to supply half of iruna's population during last years event. Then the event was over and the population grew, but the number of dorry xtals stood the same or became lower (some were certaily destroid by empty xtal and some are with people that stopped playing and never sold their character's gear). That made Dorry's price raise over a long period of time (4 months i think). Then the event comes back. With the event going on the number of Dorry xtals isnt static anymore. It's number raises faster than the population. And more than that, now if you try to charge the same you were charging before the event your buyer can say: "That's too much, I'll buy from someone else or farm it myself". That means that if you need the money or bag space now, you will have to lower the price. But if you dont need it now you can wait another 4 months to sell it at the highest price, but you will be also taking the risk of a better xtal coming along (from a new mq boss or new event boss) and putting Dorry's price on the floor. Basically like Senpai said: Supply and Demand.

Basically like Senpai said: Supply and Demand. gotta have in account the super inflation that iruna has, 50-80m last year was considerably more than what's 50m now. thing is, having an unregulated market, the inflation applies mainly to the newest equip/xtals (reason why many AL xtals are 100m+)

Of course I understand the basis of supply and demand lol. Even so then new chars will be made and more people are bound to need them. Its a waste for such a good event crystal to be at 80m. Granted I do understand for now why they are 80 ATM theirs alot of them floating around. I didn't do the Halloween event this year but I hear tarna is 120-200m and I'm sure that was farmed the heck out of. Its an annoying situation because finding a dorry Pty is much easier than a good Fiona Pty.
