Tyranull here; hope we all having a good day. Now getting right to business, for those of you who use a nail/claw named judgement: I have some very important news for you. So there is a new weapon from production (Smithing) named testament; which requires judgement to be made as one of the materials. Now the weapon itself does not have a counter autoskill that negates damage, as this weapon is not related to judgement other than the fact it is needed for it's own creation. It gives a similar formula to judgement, but instead of matk, it is atk. Instead of max mp, it is max hp. Now for the fun part, the autoskill! So in order to use such a great weapon as a material, it had better have a good auto; which is exactly the case here, as it boasts an amazing formula to represent the amount you can be healed by. Physical power+(Lv-5)*10. Ready for the best part? It has a natural 15% activation rate! So at my lv (205) I would be granted an amazing 2000HP if my physical power is 0(Which is impossible), which is the lowest possible amount. There is even better news to this too; as you do not need to have a slot judgement to make a slot testament. So I hope you all will enjoy this weapon well; I know I will, once I get my hands upon another judgement.

Honestly, I would find the negate damage to be more useful. I read that there is a production item that has a behavior similar to judgement and dmail counter+negate. If you stack those three you can theoretically negate 70 to 80% of all damage taken which is serious mitigation.

Well this is just something so once/if you should die in battle while exhaustion is on, you can recover quickly. I hope that the equip you speak of is a additional item, and that it does work like d mail and judgement. My set would be due for a few updates if that is the case. Also idk what you mean 70-80% of damage mitigation, since the counters completely nullify any incoming damage (without turning the damage to 0, so you see the damage, but take 0) and if stone skin is not active, you gain loads of mp due to absorb. Judgement will always be my main weapon of choice, nothing will ever change that, but it would be nice to actually have a secondary weapon that is able to keep me alive where judgement alone cannot.

Yes it is additional equip, and the 70 to 80% I am referring to is the stacked proc rate with judgement and dmail. It would be similar to having 70 to 80% evasion on all mobs/bosses. I think the negate damage works with magic and critical so it would be like having 70% to 80% evasion on that too. You can correct me if I'm wrong about the negation of critical, but i'm pretty sure dmail counters magic damage when i tested it.

You are correct. As they can negate all types of incoming attacks. Only thing they cannot protect you from are arena effects/statuses/booms. So, it must be one heck of a equip then, and if it is additional equipment; that makes it all the more easy to switch from judgement when I happen to die. I personally feel as though some bosses can be too dangerous because of debuffs (Moldus >.>) to handle, as they seal my fate once autoskill is debuffed. All I feel is that in a moment where exhaustion is applied; testament can turn the tide of battle, healing you repeatedly until exhaustion fades to allow one to continue the fight. That's my main point I try to make here. I value judgement highly, but there is only so much that weapon can save me from; save everyone else from. Heck; with a third negating counter though: I don't really know if testament would ever get a chance to shine since the formula for the counter heal I mentioned in previous posts would have one variable set as max of 3: which means if 3 counters activate at once, you can gain double the damage you would have taken.

Found it o.o/
Tailoring lv162 recipe Bull Epaulet: DEF: 18-24 ATK: 17 MATK+8% MaxMP+5% Skill delay -1sec Counter chance by defense (disables damage, proc rate 10-15%)
This lil' thing is still WAY too far but, ladies and gentlemen, triple counter WILL BE POSSIBLE!

Pretty much sure the only ench who even use the negate set is you and I, elias. But anyway, once it does come out: I don't really see myself needing to ever use stone skin again, which makes me happy. An even better thing is that now with this equip: due to the -1 second skill delay, and my intent of maximum dexterity: gonna spam magic blade with nail weapons. Damage will be less than m swords I am sure, but will be much more satisfying to do. Judgement up will also be something I look forward to soon, bigger matk boost, as well as max mp, and less of magic resistance taken away.

Yes, I did notice that even if you negated the damage, the stone skin wears off, which sucks, so yeah, you might want to drop the stone skin by then. The negate gear does look promising, I've had this proc around 10 times in a row with heavy damage without stoneskin and I kinda felt like I was immortal with that. It's like having ninja's clones but without having to cast it.

Oh, I hardly even use stone skin to begin with, just when I feel as though my autoskill may fail to activate; thus killing me (but usually in those situations, a heavy hit would happen with two counters so I miss out on a HUGE heal -,-). But once this equip comes out; not using stone skin any more. But yeah, that feeling of immortality feels good, doesn't it? Don't fight it. Embrace it. Feels good, doesn't it? Let it control you. Consume the enemy's power, and increase your own. Heh... heh heh heh........... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

Interesting... Is this HP heal on def or on attk? Right now I'm using Dragon claws for farming lower mobs which give a dencent ammount of HP per attack. I can farm Mythril at tigris endlessly. Just need autoskill buff every 5 min, then just tap tap tap attack and watch TV... You heal more than the damage you take on. No need to even drain. This was an issue with low lvl mobs before... Killing them too fast for drain to take effect. Not anymore with dragon claws.
I'm going to have to give Judgment and Testament a try. Who drops Judgement?
