So my questions are...
What is the best way to level up cooking production? More specifically, what to make at what level ranges in cooking and where the materials needed can be obtained.
Secondly. What are the effects of the foods? (I know I can use the JP wiki but it can be near impossible to figure out at times.)
If there is already an existing guide or thread that thoroughly answers one or both questions, I would love to read it. Please post the URL or a link.

I started out with few stacks of tough meat easy drop from hounds in maze, you also get pelts, sharp beast claw there which are used in other production, as for spicy syrup I think 6-7 stacks of flower nectar should be enough..make spicy syrup save them for recipe later.Similarly with tough meat which gets transformed to cooked meat and I'm guessing it is needed for some recipe later. P.S my cooking is only at lvl 11 so for now can't offer in detail tips..you gotta get hold of plag for it

p.s keep the tough meat and fresh fish and flower nectar stacks handy (make lots of spicy syrup) its used in recipe later, tough meat too,and fresh fish as well...i think with these three and occasionally using some side recipe's will get you to 30 easy....i am working on it that way.

Thank you for your advice. I have gotten to level 45. I am now stuck with Fried Chicken Ball (The chicken meat is not very easy to get in large amounts) being my newest recipe. I do not have tons of wheat so doing other recipes with flour or bread is impossible and this level range seems to be really difficult. I wonder what people recommend for this range.

Charred newt, Sashimi, Dried Squid, Tough Skewers, Honey Milk, Fried Chicken, Sweet syrup, Flower Nectar, Cream, and some Butter are the recipes I've used to get where I am. It takes 1 stack to 1.5 stacks of items that only 1 are required for to gain about a level. So be prepared for that. (If the ratio is 1:2 then you would need 1-1.5 stacks of the first item and 2-3 stacks of the second to get a single production level. Maybe you can get more lucky.) Also not sure if it takes more for each level. I wasn't paying close attention to the amount of materials needed in the beginning. The level that the recipe says is the last level you can gain exp from it, so if it says Lv14 then once you get to Lv15 no more exp.

I would pay the lower level players with extra mq help or a bit of power leveling if they helped me out. I have no spina because I am so unlucky with drops so I couldn't pay them :/ But I would be as fair and reasonable as I could.

Well earning spina is easy in game, and our guild is small by choice like just 8 members and their alts.Don't focus much on quick drops from boss for spina.Rather focus on small stuff thats easily attainable and a lot in demand.

You say earning spina is easy and so do a lot of people who play, but I have the hardest time trying to earn spina. How do you do it?

I've found that farming items for spina has always failed me. I've tried getting equipment, xtals, any type of rare drop, and more likely than not have failed. Now I sit in Rokoko and buy and resell items. If I'm determined I can usually make around 5m a day. All you need to know is the price of items, and grab a good deal when you see one.

Well my personal experience says there is nothing better for spina than abilities & beads from raid for starting up.Later on you can move on to reselling things in rokoko.Additionally if you level production & tend to sell mq services they bring in cash too.On a normal day when I play 2-3 hours I earn as much as 5-10m easily.

I've pushed cooking to lvl 71. Now it seems I must make vinegar until I get the recipe for yogurt. That means a lot of slime mold from puton...

Eventually it will be Giant Flower to Flower Nectar to Spicy Syrup to Sweet Syrup. Cooked meat drops from Nezim but you use Slimy Skin, also from Nezim, to make the cooked meat. When I listed the things in a previous comment, those were the recipe names not the ingredients. I'll make a new list of the recipes I've used since I am now at lvl 88, gonna be 97 soon after the materials are farmed.
