Yes..tried all these option :/
Everything is running perfecly on my device..any game..any app..even asobimos (avabel, etc) ..everything is good...except Iruna...
Samsung; tried with me any options and end up say its really the app who s not working properly
Google: says everything is ok, not their ressort, all they can do is refund sht
Asobimo: told me couples options I can attempt, same as everyone say..reinstall, empty cache, etc, etc, etc....and that if still not working is my device who has issue...
I have noone else to try contact to make this work...id like talk to these bastards via phone omg.

Oh wow..it worked..I cant fully explain..as this is dumb sht, but here is what i done...
Ok 1st I tried every options anyone would try..failed. Talked to everyone..Samsung, Google,Asobimo...failed...
So i really used all imagination i can..provide and just looked everywhere on my device, everywhere i mean..everywhere...i end up thinkin to myself that very very very last thing i havent done is unsubscribe to tickets...i did...then reinstall iruna....w t f it worked...........speechless totally...
Im not a pro, i cant explain this perfecly but idk why seems as the ticket was..idk..linking me to..idk..something not working properly...and when i cut the cord it just...set me free? as if was enrooted to some malfunctioning sht, idk haha, anyhow, once ticket unsubcribed..it let me go through main menu and let me...access iruna:)
Checked my chars and everything is ok^^
