Hello there When you get fortune there is always a lucky color I never understood that. What is this and how it works? I read here someone matching lucky color to boss element to increase drop rate did someone tried it?

I read here someone matching lucky color to boss element to increase drop rate did someone tried it? irunaonline.boards.net/thread/31039/rare-drop-decreaseT discussion is on above link I feel that matching up fortune colour to boss/mob element gv roughly bout 1 star drop increase Drop Rates ★ Drop rate x 0.9 ★★ Drop rate x 1.0 ★★★ Drop rate x 1.15 ★★★★ Drop rate x 1.3 ★★★★★ Drop rate x 1.5 Kinda bout 15% drop rate increase. Kinda farming 3*drop with matching element roughly equal to 4*drop without matching element Purple neutral Black dark Red fire Blue water Green wind Yellow earth White light Read more: irunaonline.boards.net/thread/31039/rare-drop-decrease#ixzz69yKpq8Zq

I believe lucky color mainly affect these 2 thing
1. Production types 2. Island element (for stray pets chance)
If u talk to maya the synthesizer at rokoko about how fortune works, she will say
Exp fortune ranged from 0.9 (90%) to 1.5 (150%) Drop fortune ranged from 0.9 (90%) to 2 (200%)
Normal fortune is ☆☆ = 1 (100%)

Theres another info bout it iruna-online.weebly.com/fortune.html Drop Rates ★ Drop rate x 0.9 ★★ Drop rate x 1.0 ★★★ Drop rate x 1.15 ★★★★ Drop rate x 1.3 ★★★★★ Drop rate x 1.5 Experience ★ Experience x 0.9 ★★ Experience x 1.0 ★★★ Experience x 1.15 ★★★★ Experience x 1.3 ★★★★★ Experience x 1.5 Assuming both info correct then we can draw several possibility conclusion 1. T exp star pattern match from 90% to 150% 2. T drop star 1*match with 90% 3. T drop star 5* hv different value 5* 200% drop rate from fortune as maya said 5* 150% drop rate from solely t drop star effect (not t whole fortune aspect kinda colour luck) So maybe t difference 200% - 150% = 50% comes from t colour luck if t target element match up t fortune colour Maya screen shot

Did Maya always say drop fortune is 0.9-2? EDIT JP wiki has these values so idk what to make of it...
Drop luck ★ 1: 0.9 times Fortune slightly down ★ 2: 1.0 times Maintain good luck ★ 3: 1.15 times? A little high luck ★ 4: 1.3 times? Good luck ★ 5: 1.5 times? Fortunately rising ★ 5: Double? Fortune praise is doubling
Well about lucky color... When we didn't have islands yet people had many explanations for what lucky color does. Now there is an easy answer and considering that Maya still only mentions that lucky color affects island points I continue to believe the drop rate thing is just a myth, like certain blacksmiths or servers being luckier or drop luck affecting refine. Drop rate theories are practically impossible to verify so you do you, I personally never feel like lucky color helps ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Maths aside many people believe that Colors are monster element luck like
Black= Dark= Dark element monster drop rate up
And I have seen many times on guildchat saying "I knew it, I should farm this element bcuz my lucky color is this"

Just a reminder, fortune only applies on self not exp/drop% multiplier. Normal self exp and drop% is 100.
☆= 100 x 0.9 = 90% further adds with drop/exp% ☆☆= 100 x 1 = 100% further adds with drop/exp% ☆☆☆= 100 x 1.15 = 115% further adds with drop/exp% ☆☆☆☆= 100 x 1.3 = 130% further adds with drop/exp% ☆☆☆☆☆= 100 x 1.5 = 150% further adds with drop/exp% ☆☆☆☆☆= Doubles rare drop by chance? (Pfft)
I always make assumptions that: Uncommon 10% 1st rare 5% 2nd rare 1%
About drop books, thers some give drop by % and x such as specia book (100% drop rate) and shance's book (x3 drop rate)
From fortune, it effect written in decimal number (0.9 ~ 1.5) while drop rate from guild skill effect written in percentage (10%)
Maybe drop books that give multiplier by number such as shance's book (×3 drop rate) ONLY added together with drop multiplier in fortune? Example 5☆ drop and shance's book = 4.5 (450%) ??
While drop books that give multiplier by % such as specia book ONLY added together with drop buff from guild/consumables/event? Example specia book + Lv 10 drop rate guild skill = 110%.
Another kind of assumption. Maybe not 100% accurate.
