Okay, so...
Tl;dr: STR, INT, VIT, and DEX reduces the duration of some ailments inflicted by enemies.*
*This info doesn't work with ailments that come from field mechanics(?) (i.e. those that automatically activate when a boss reaches a certain % of their HP..), but its a fun trivia at least xD (see [Ctrl+F] + FR1)
*Servant's soul connect or equips with stat modifiers like Myrica (Scalable, VIT by Lv) and Balmung (Fixed, +100 STR) don't affect durations. (see [Ctrl+F] + MYRSC)
(EDIT: No SS for Balmung's +100 STR effect on Lethargy at MG, but you can try it for yourself...it would have shaved off about 3-4 sec), which it didn't..
I first noticed this when my ninja friend was receiving way more fear time at MG. I remember him getting 19(20)s* of fear compared to my mins who was getting 7s.
*The recorded times for the following ailments ill be showing were the lesser values but appeared often (6s instead of 7s, etc) cause timers sometimes do that -1s display.
So I went with my chars at MG again and then recorded how long each ailment lasts for every char..
Paralysis time were all the same:
29s
As for what stat reduces what,
On about how much of each stat reduces 1s:
The differences in DEX stat was about ±30 points(The graph is also a straight line so the differences are the same). It could mean that about every 30 - 32.something** points would reduce the ailment by that much..idk tbh
**Please take this with a grain of salt..since im just doing it like: STAT needed per 1s reduction = STAT amount / (19s - Displayed Duration) and I just use the lower time values.

As for what stat reduces what,
{STR, Lethargy}
Notice first that out of the 4, Lethargy time is highest with servant and alch, with only 1 STR point.
QUESTION: Why not CRT though? Servant and Alch also has 1 CRT.
Cause if you compare mins(340 CRT) and pally(1 CRT), pally still had shorter lethargy time despite having 1 CRT.

{DEX, Fear}
My ninja friend was getting 19s fear time compared to my mins who was only getting 7. Now he is a claw ninja and claw ninja uses STR AGI CRT. (Wasn't able to ask his build but I had to take this guess..)
Now take a look at the table again:
Fear time for my 4 classes were almost close together meaning they all have a common stat that reduced fear time. So lets compare what statuses claw ninja lacks that the other 4 have:
So okay, those two, but DEX would reduce fear time, why?
Let's look at this graph:
VIT&DEX vs Fear
The values for the VIT and DEX stats I used were from my ninja friend, my chars, and Loftyz' Alch too.
Notice that the DEX vs Fear graph made a straighter line.
Now take a look at the table again:
Servant STR 1 INT 275 VIT 160 AGI 1 DEX 327 CRT 1 Fear time: 9s Lethargy: 19s | Pally STR 434 INT 1 VIT 434 AGI 1 DEX 424 CRT 1 Fear time: 6s Lethargy: 6s | Mins STR 396 INT 1 VIT 200 AGI 1 DEX 391 CRT 340 Fear time: 7s Lethargy: 7s | Alch STR 1 INT 426 VIT 306 AGI 301 DEX 416 CRT 1 Fear time: 6s Lethargy: 19s |

{ INT, Bleed}
This time, I went to Ster to test. The bleed durations I got were:
Mins and pally have the same and highest bleed.
Note:
For simplicity's sake, let's assume that the default time of these ailments is 20sec at the time of this test (cause as of late, bosses like Ep 6 Sauro deal 30sec fears.
So, what I thought was it's duration should be affected by a stat mins and pally both lack.
In this case, its INT and AGI.
But between these two, it would be INT because both alch and serv has INT. If AGI affected bleed duration, my servant's bleed would've been the same with mins and pally cause Serv also lacks AGI but, this isn't the case..
Alch, 6s Mins, 19s Serv, 11s Pally, 19s |

{(Skip this spoiler, it's outdated.)}
When I was doing dizzy status, I thought of not assuming 19s(20s) as the normal ailment time. If we consider the highest duration being more than 20s, we can say that all the classes' times are "theoretically" affected and either VIT or DEX again (from Fear section) was the culprit.
Then again, if we look at the stats table on the beginning of the post,
Pally has more VIT(434) & DEX(424)] than
Alch (306 VIT, 416 DEX)
or
Servant (160 VIT, 327 DEX)
But Alch and Serv still showed way less bleed time than Pally. So, I scratched this idea. VIT and DEX couldn't possibly be the culprit and we can say that 20s is the default duration for these ailments.

{VIT, Dizzy}
This was a hard one to think of tbh since I dont know any mob or boss that does this ailment cause I dont go on major farms much, but to the guys who suggested some bosses that gave this ailment, thanks so much
So I decided to test this on Bergen:
Note:
For simplicity's sake, let's just assume that the default time of these ailments is 20 sec (cause as of late, bosses like Ep.6 Sauro deal 30sec fears.
Since all the 4 classes' times were affected, we can say that VIT or DEX had something to do with Dizzy time. (Info derived from Fear Section)
So Let's just graph it too:
VIT&DEX vs Dizzy
This time, VIT made the straighter line.
So I decided to test this on Bergen:

Note:

{(Outdated Spoiler)}I realized that its not safe to assume that normal dizzy duration from Bergen is 19s cause we dont know yet..it might have been 14s like blind from container or something else.
So, lets first assume normal dizzy time was what Serv got, 14s. If thats the case, then Serv's stats –INT, VIT, DEX dont affect dizzy time..
Now pally got the shortest time, but since its neither VIT or DEX in this case, its probably STR. Then again, Alch's time got affected, but Alch has no STR. So it isntSTR.
AGI and CRT wouldn't have been the ones to affect dizzy time as well since pally doesn't have those stats.

{>Prevention is also better<}
: With EVA, Magic Evasion, Absolute Evasion or even Ailment Resistance.
So ailments wont hit as often.. (at least not the field effect ailments cause they're always applied)
