A fight doesn't end by deciding the winner. It ends when the loser is decided.

So i was finishing up my lvl 200 skills and decided to check on the other higher lvl skills (220-260) and for some reason the NPC gave me the Sacrifice skill quest (Sheep on the Altar) while i was still lvl 200 lol. Thought it was a bug but i completed it anyway. Soooo yeah i guess Sacrifice is a lvl 200 skill now haha...or this is a bug. Sacrifice has always been a lv200 skill. The guide needs to be corrected. Ohhhh thats why i was able to get it haha. I saw that it was a 220 skill on 2 necro guides so i thought this was a bug. Thanks for clearing that up.

Updated Death Cry skill info, Phantom's possession stat increase Info, added Playstyle info for 260+, and corrected where I incorrectly mixed up Sacrifice and Necromance icons/Effects
Disclaimer: for sake of ease on my sanity, I used no buffs with maximum dmg possible. Ex: Corpse burst dmg decreases with less Necromance charges, so I took dmg measurements from full Necromance corpse Burst dmg. Necromancer is much more complicated than anticipated '-'.

Hey I might make a necro soon so I just want to ask some question here instead of making a new thread.
I m still confuse about the new skills, there is not so many video on YouTube of necro so sorry if my questions seems stupid.
So basically, which weopon is the best overall option? Necro wand? Dark book ? Or throwing maybe?
Is it useful to make a spellburst set using universe II for exemple or the dark magic from necro wand / dark book will beat in any cases the spellburst set?
The new skills are still dark magic?
And also do you need a minimum delay in your set or just full dex is enough to cover the delay of most skills?
A lot of questions but it seems to be a complicated class and it s why I m thinking to make one!
Have fun.

ranskaSo basically, which weopon is the best overall option? Necro wand? Dark book ? Or throwing maybe? - Dark Book v4. Is it useful to make a spellburst set using universe II for exemple or the dark magic from necro wand / dark book will beat in any cases the spellburst set? - How much spellburst are you going for? Remember, necro is not HW. I doubt that 10-20% spellburst rate will give you more DPS than +25% dark magic. The new skills are still dark magic? - Yes. And also do you need a minimum delay in your set or just full dex is enough to cover the delay of most skills? - I have just -1 sec from Taenia and the delay seems ok.

A lot of questions but it seems to be a complicated class and it s why I m thinking to make one! Have fun. 1: Weapons usefulness really depends on Lv. At lower levels, Matk% will most likely be the most beneficial since your spells dmg will be low without high Int/Dex. When you get higher Lv with more stats, Dark Book 4 is pretty much unbeatable. Throws will give more Matk, and much better Wraith dmg(Dont focus on wraith dmg lol... not for now at least) than pretty much any weapon *Aster L4 Sauro II>Universe II Sauro II, at least for me it was Early Levels: Necro Wand/Throw>Dark Book. Late game: Dark Book vol 4> Literally any other weapon. Short Answer, Dark Book 4 is the best 2:Spellburst is somewhat unreliable atm unless you're a Hw xD go for Max dmg without Spellburst. If you really want to make a Spellburst set, wait for Forbidden Book Vol 5. Max Dex gives more Matk than Universe and more Sb% when using F Book 5. *I've noticed that sometimes even when Spellburst, It doesn't increase Dmg for the new skills. Might be a bug, but I'd say a Spellburst set would most likely give disappointing result 3: All Necromancer Spells are Dark element 4: Max Dex should be enough. If not, add -.5 sec delay Necro is complicated, but a lot of fun xD. You'll like it I'm sure.

-About Weapon: Dark Book wins in terms of skill DPS, but I like for me more Necro Wand, because I love that Hp and Mp Boost, it helps too with Bone Knight, and I hope it will get an upgrade someday.
I still use my Uroboros+9 Gerust, why? Wraith damage. I summon Phantom while I use full Matk, Spell Boost and Throwing, because that way Wraiths do highest damage. Then I use my Rare drop set and I let my Phantom do all the Job, That helped me a lot when I needed Spina.
-About Skill Delay Wraith summon SD is Fixed at this moment, but I'm not sure of how much SD is needed for it (IDK why, because in JP is not that way, surely this is a bug) But, for the rest of the Skills, using 360 Dex, like 1 Sec SD would be enough.
-About Spell Burst I think Spell Burst is unreliable for Necromancers, so I would focus on a more stable base damage.
-About Skills' Element Yes, all our Skills are Dark element, and looks like the new ones are too.

Hey guys, does a Int dex str Vit build works?
I mean, the debuffs and summon damage are affected with atk too, so. High INT DEX STR build would give a good base atk and a good base matk with throwing, raising summon damages and utility to party.

High INT DEX STR build would give a good base atk and a good base matk with throwing, raising summon damages and utility to party. it would work for a more supportive Necro, but late game the Str would become kinda Obsolete. From 220+ The focus of Necro`s skills switches from wraiths to the Necromancer itself in terms of damage. Example, every new skill from 220 on is a magic attack with high dmg, or a buff to increase your dmg. None of which are affected by str. So it could work, but its less optimal. You won't have the stats to do it effectively until later, when the need for higher wraith dmg disappears.

Could you make a normal sword or are the newer skills pure matk based?

Could you make a normal sword or are the newer skills pure matk based? you can pretty much do anything on a necromancer with decent results, but yea. All current and future skills are pure Matk. Unless something in the future comes out that somehow turns necro into a melee god xD at this point anything is possible
