Hey guys! I've only been back to Iruna for about a month, give or take. Since I use my counter set and solo the most, I was wondering if I should just mainly focus on that set and replace my Apostalia crystas to better suit my play style.
On another note, if I choose to focus on both sets, is it better to go ahead and replace my ♢Moldus with ♢Medona? The same question goes for my Water counter Set.. ♢Minela to ♢Medona? Or should that be kept with ♢Minela? If ♢Minela is replaced, will that mean less magic counter by defense?
I was also thinking about replacing either 1 or both my ♢Tarna's with ♢Dunkelis II when I can buy it. Would there be a noticeable difference in MATK or is it about the same?
Any suggestions for a change with my equipment is welcome but if you do suggest something, explain why it should be changed.
Thanks in advance if you can give me some answers. OwO

Focus on the set that you want to focus
Keep this page and just keep igniting until you reach 500 ignitions where you will unlock your second al page, so you can make a page that suits your counter set. For Bishops it's really not worth it to get Medona instead of Moldus because a xtal that gives you 18% MATK if placed on armor is close to getting released. Medona is only useful for classes that lack cast speed on top.
For your water counter set, you want to keep Minela for sure, as you would lose an important counter like you said yourself. The main differences between Tarna and Dunkelis II are 5% MATK and 10% Magic Pierce.
Gear suggestions: Upgrade your Freesia Rod I to II when you because it'll give you more damage Replace Taenia Beret for something that has some Light Magic Power mixed in like Itiance for a more balanced out build which will yield you more damage (but you'll lose some SD).

I was away for a year so I missed upgrading Freesia Rod but I am ready this year.
I've been reading a lot about WMH and Itiance. Currently debating on the two since it is a very good point to have an add with Light Magic Power. The thing is, my INT is only 361 and Dex is 344... I have 44 left over points but I just need to level my apostalia more... I keep seeing that for max effect with WMH, you need to have at least 400+ for both DEX & INT. But is it still worth it even when I am not there?
On another note, will Itiance Up and WMH's MATK be similar in range or will one be better than the other? Can someone confirm if the following below is true. I'd rather just get the right item from the get go.
If you don't have any idea which Additional Gear you can use for Damage Set: It doesn't really matter. The common ones White Maid Headdress, Itiance, Ecarlate and Light Bulb deal the exact same damage. The only noticeable difference is the price. If you use Nemesis multiple times you'll realize that its damage is pretty random but still it has its range. Just stick to one of the add gear mentioned above. I do have Ecarlate Ushlith but I have since switched to Taenia+9 Tarna. I also have 2 Ushliths in storage if I cannot extract my Tarna safely or have no spina atm for a new Tarna.
Opinions from you both would be appreciated as well. Thank you.

super n00b Yes, WMH is really that cheap now. I bought one to try it out and wasn't too impressed with it. It goes back to the question you had about what Skyfall wrote. Most equips do around the same damage. I use Itiance for a more balanced build as Ryu stated. A suggestion would be to keep an equip with a future up/re-up. Itiance already has their re-up out, WMH and Nocros Shield already has their up out as well. Ecarlate most likely won't have an up, and afaik Taenia will not have one.

Thank you. I have been out of the game for a year and even when I was on, I never made it pass Morietta? Castle... So seeing all this info is really helpful.

I'm assuming that you know all the different counter types and that a light counter set would probably be more useful for you but you are opting for a water counter set. super n00b You need 400 in DEX & INT combined to achieve the maximum effect. From a mathematical standpoint, Itiance should outperform WMH and Light Bulb in most cases. Angel Ring would give a bit more damage and healing but imo it's not worth sacrificing all the other useful stats it offers. However if you want the highest damage Angel Ring will be a bit better. Al for dmg set: - Biflog Melee +5% to Light, Light magic +5%
- Enina II Melee +10% to Light, Light magic +10%
- Sauro II Melee +3% to all elements, All magic +3%, Delay -0.5 sec, Autoskill +2%
- Parazaia MATK +20 MATK +3% Auto MP recovery +25%
- Vatendeth Melee R +10%, Magic R +10%, Hate rise -20%, Melee pierce +15%, Magic pierce +15%
You can switch out Biflog or Vatendeth for Cheltil if you want to. Parazaia I wouldn't replace because the MP Recovery on it is just so useful for keeping spell boost up. The hate rise-20% on vatendeth helps when you are doing bosses and because you won't have a heal/resu page because you want to have an autoskill page. On top of that you'll get the resistances and magic pierce that will help at 3i or high MDEF mobs a lot.
Al for counter set: - Vatendeth Melee R +10%, Magic R +10%, Hate rise -20%, Melee pierce +15%, Magic pierce +15%
- Jusal MATK +4% Water magic +4% Cast time -4%
- Dym Melee +10% to Water, Water magic +10%
- Halios Autoskill +5% Hate rise +20% ASPD +20%
- Sauro II Melee +3% to all elements, All magic +3%, Delay -0.5 sec, Autoskill +2%

For comparisons sake... Keep in mind - I did not know if WMH not being refined to +9 would make a huge difference.
- Nocros Shield Up, Itiance Re-Up, and WMH Up have no crystas attached.
- I buffed myself with all normal bishop buffs.
