Hi guys I'm having some issues levelling up my paladin (147) and I know other paladins of a similar level are also a bit stuck. Previously you could reach level120 and do Naga up until 160 easily. The issue now is that often there's only around 3 people there and since Mega was introduced, no HW. This may be an issue with my time zone, I don't know. In the good old days you could get 99 naga in just over 3 minutes with the standard HW, MP healer, HP healer and solo hitter... That set up doesn't happen now so it can take a very long time to hit 99. The main classes you see there are paladins and monks who can't go to Mega and are slow below level 160. This is taking too long so if Naga is all there is, I'm going to forget my paladin or maybe restat him and make him a ninja because I can't be bothered with taking days and days to get a couple of levels. it's a game after all and a game should be interesting/fun to some degree. People have recommended soloing a boss - the best I can do is Finstern and he gives me 90k exp (I think) but again that's very slow as I'm not DPS. I tried the Ghoulie quest but I can't solo him, I guess that's why it's mainly ninjas who do that quest. Is there anything else I can do? Is there a magic answer T_T I'd love to hear from other Paladins with the same problem too!

since your tank paladin you should try getting into parties for higher lvl bosses that give good exp if you have a bishop/sniper/wizard you should get decent exp from the boss and get drops for spina too, but as far as doing quest not sure since I know for some classes like bishop/paladin its hard to get mega pt because of low dps.

Hm that's a good point, I should try to find a boss that gets pretty busy, maybe the new MQ bosses. yeah mega before 160 doesn't work for pally because we don't have our aoe

Hey your HW is 163. You only need to collect from Skelit in Wargvel area. I don't think you can't do it. Or if you can dual, you can always leech at Neknott get spina too.

I'm on the same device so no dual. Ok I'll give that a go with my hwiz , thanks for the suggestions how do I get to this Wargvel area?

You have to finish the Kimale Scenario Quest then you're good to go.
But seriously I wish there's still people doing Naga and Valley quest. I'm having trouble levelling my pally too lol.

Hmm... Whats this collecting quest you speak of and whats the level requirement? I'm also tired of 10 minute solo nagas or leeching from my fiance @ Necknotts for hours. >.<

I had your problem till some weeks ago... then 160 came and with aoe everyone wants you =V I know it takes ages, but I used to solo miv or grind matar Naga too isn't bad, but with miv the farm alone is around 1m exp, then the quest is 940k more, even though is an hard quest for us to solo the exp is gifting, also it makes good spina, then, even tough Matar gives less exp than finstern, it should be pretty easy for you, thus faster and faster grind means faster exp.

If you have access to stefyl and tickets, you can be AGI/CRT for a while and grind easy dark mobs like baphomet or tigris. If I remember correctly, baphos give around 10k exp which can be killed 10+ per minute (possible to 1hit with Gloria buff and good gear) so it gives you around 100k+ per minute, even faster with books. If you're lucky, you might chance on a 2slot Sickle ffrom baphos or an Atleta ring slot from Tigris.
You can also try berserk build and grind easy bosses for exp like matar, shojo, ghoulie, etc. Although you might need a duo for that or dual device for buff/hp refill.
And yeah, at 160 everybody wants you at mega so work hard until you get there.

(Assuming you are trying to level yourself or with little help from your guild.) Every time I see someone wanting to role a Paladin I ALWAYS tell them to go AGI/CRT and restat at 160 for this very reason. I soloed Nagas, personally, till 160 with my pet(then again, this was before even MiV). The suggestion of the ghoulie quest is a really good one! I did ghoulies on my Gladiator and turned engines in for xp.
Just don't give up on Paladin. You'll love it after 160(and maybe some skill delay gear).

Personally, i also refuse to naga. I hate it lol. I find ent and roches moderate pace, so i do those. I switch bishop out and have me, two hwiz, and dps, preferable to be monk or ninja, so they can sustain their selves, and i use wolf ear snd leather coat up so i can maintain my own hp while provoking, letting the party do the damage. Its been pretty efficient as they kill faster because of a third damager. Haha Just my personal preference. The highwiz has to be 160+ so that they can damage without aoe. Goodluck ^^

I remember the old days where all I had was ATG for my pally. Getting to cap took a year since I didn't have tickets (and time in general plus leveling pally back then was such a bore) lol. From my personal experience, I'd say farm. Simply farm the guts out of bosses. Make friends from different classes that are willing to farm with you. As a paladin, you're basically leeching in bosses hehe all you mainly have to do is spam provoke and rebuff once in a while n.n The main factor you need to think about is Speed vs Quality. Let's say you kill Azimov in 2 minutes for 100k exp and kill finstern in 30 seconds and get 90k exp, which is the better grind?
I personally hate to lfp and never do so I'm always in a friends/guild party. This goes back to what has been said before, make friends. I had friends that did megaroches with my adventurer o(^-^o) You, as a paladin with naturally high defense, are more needed in parties than my adventurer because hey! Being able to tank one megaroche is better than being squishy and dying all the time, you at least get somewhere.
Oh and did you know that there's a really nice skill for paladins and that's called Heal 1? My pally healed while my high wizzy friends go pew pew pew at hummers. You should try it hehe
