Hey, I'm in need of a little advice. I read through the numerous Glad guides and none have a real suggestive build in terms of equips. I'm going for a, what I assume would be, weird build. My aim is kinda Max str, max crt, 150 vit and rest dex. Currently at 248 str at level 80. So I was wondering, what would be the ideal equip set up for a STR/CRT/DEX build with 150 vit? Or would it be ideal to go 150 dex and max vit instead? I wouldn't say there's a guideline for prices, I'm more than willing to grind raids for spina. Thanks in advance.

It covers a lot, but doesn't give all that much information as to which equips are best for each build. Hence me asking for advice. If it's too much to ask for, I apologise.

There's a side note in the guide stating that the equipment is mostly interchangeable bewteen all of the builds, that's why it doesn't go in depth with what equipment suits which build. Gladiator is one of those classes that doesn't need build-specific gear and any mainstream piece of equipment should work fine. Just use what you want.

I understand that, but I'm sure there's numerous equips from that list that most people would consider "top tier", as I read skill delay is pretty heavily needed, so I assume having gear without such would be quite straining. As the second part of my issue is the stats, I looked over those and I was torn between VIT and DEX, knowing STR/CRT are crucial.

[br Hi! 1st, might you wanna consider agi build glad? yes its the most build used atm but if you want to be a bit different you can costumize it with how much vit/dex you'll add. My opinion on dex: even at high dex it still cant cover the -delay needed, maybe if your avoiding to use QC abi. And on vit: atm I have 85 and working for more, for me having less than 20k hp is very squishy-thanks to this S.blade L5/sauro II, Im now comportable with 32k hp and lessen my use of hp pots on solo boss farm. heres what I do with equips(might give you a lil idea >.<): -Im not going for max damage but if I can have more without getting bad negative stats then imma do it, replaced my mamonea, arick, dorry even ouvel. -I aimed my first al page to be all the way use, damage, resist, def, delay balanced as much as posible.2nd page?I did all green before with resist and abs eva al crysta, and now planning to make it max damage als just for exp grinding. -Make a resist set(not need to use on a whole boss fight, I just switch to this set when get stunned, raising up tempest, rebuffsing after a boss de-buffs and when Im about to die. -I made many sets of phrases for different bosses and just equip the exact resistance needed for every boss(dont wanna waste too much room for damage equips). -My hp gears for blood thirst: I wanna maintain the combative duration for just around 60-70 sec. so it will finish almost same as ezperanza. for buffs delete boss I would go for max duration of blood as ezperanza not really good to use. -Bellow of orders(o.o), hands down to this armor. idk what more to add. Hope I did give you idea n.n.

Hello. I have a similar question, so I'm posting it here instead of starting a new thread. I figured it would still produce advice that might be helpful to the OP. I have a friend who is a lv 308 Gladi who wanted to go Pillar Build. They also feel like they're not doing enough damage for their lv with current equip/stats. I am not well-versed in Gladi. I did read the guides, but I'm still not sure what advice to give and, since it's not my character, I don't want to risk giving bad advice. So, I'm turning to the experts. If you could give the cheapest possible crystas, gear changes, or tell me if a stefly is in order, I'd greatly appreciate it. Equip is: Gold Rex III S, Ira S, Force Helm Up S, and Myrica-- no xtals Stats: 330 Str, 60 Vit, 260 AGI, 102 Dex, 338 Crit.

Hi im a lvl 282 gladdy who went str/crt/vit and can do quite well as a solo or team tanker. My gear is Red Tengu 4+9 s grapagos Ultimi 3+9 s iniliba Barbarotita Up+9 S raton Knight Gauntlet S Beelzenoid
I pretty much abuse the fact i can spam esperenza with bloodthirst and never have it off, so i have 1400 def with it up and my damage is 75k per pillar blade-85k with astutes debuff. My tempests with astutes debuff is 113k, im starting to work on dex to buff my damage and my cd so i can switch my barb for my force helm reup so i can still spam all my skills but it works very well. I can solo most bosses up to ep 4 with not much problem and with a bishop i can fight almost all the bosses in the game (depeding if its a good bish or not). I reccomend trying it out as its fairly fun for me

I have cap apostolia and level and my maximum tempest is at 275k (self-buff, no esperanza and ignite). That's less than my ninja's 3rd clone SK. They're probably doing a decent job already. Gladiator isn't really much on the damage but more on the ability to solo. (I can solo all bosses with ease except Sauro 400, which my ninja pales in comparison) Looks like the stats are the standard mainstream build. For the equipment, I would have to refer you to snake's guide again. I think it's still relevant though missing some current equips.

Gladiators are very difficult to play with at low levels and stats.

I'll probably get my HW and Bish to cap before I start on a Gladi....so you know...about 3-5 years. Hahahaha!
