Welcome to the most wonderful experience of Iruna in my opinion. Being a healer see9ms like a very overwhelming experience at first, but it becomes almost second nature. What you need to do is like others have mentioned, learn patterns of boss, what you will do largely depends on this. I highly recommend, if you do not already have this, an mp cost 1 delay set, it makes your life a dream, and carry around mp pots, even the cheapest of pots will do when your resu set also has mp cost 1. Now on to strategies, you want to get as many buffs as you can in while in between battles. Essentially what you do is cast resu on everyone, pay close attention to hp bars, if someones hp bar goes to the exact % of your skill you know they probably need a new resu, Don't just mindlessly resu, unless you can learn how to abuse aggroless heal, and your party is knowledgeable enough to make it work. But still you will have most success if you learn how to mix in heal with resu spam, I can not suggest mindless resu spam unless you are in a party with an SK ninja and that is it, pretty much only time you will just spam resu. You need a party which understands aggroless already for the most efficient grind. To get into aggroless heal position, you need to run as reasonably far as you can(You'll learn the distance soon) then click a skill, click the name box of the pally, let yourself autorun to max distance before your spell casts, this is the position you will now stand in, you need to re adjust if pally moves position, or if the pally wipes and he starts chasing the dps, Always try to maintain aggroless position. That is the positioning you want for aggroless. Even with this trick you want to resu only when needed, and use heal to fill hp bars in between necessary resu's. If no debuffs, just keep resus up, heal when it is needed. Quite simple really. If a boss debuffs, you need to again base this on the boss. If there is no ranged attack and you have no chance of taking damage, resu tank, resu dps, resu wiz, resu yourself, aegis, heal tank, heal dps, heal wiz, heal yourself if needed, when fine with the situation, apply other buffs, regular bless since it can max range, limit break, etc. If there is a deadly ranged aoe or map attk, resu tank, res yourself, res dps, res wiz, then repeat^^^ aegis, heal tank, heal dps, heal wiz, heal yourself if needed when fine with the situation, apply other buffs, regular bless since it can max range, limit break, etc. If theres an mp debuff, you need to pay extra attention to the wiz and they may require a second resu quickly mixed in to anywhere in this order. If you use a non traditional tank like say a geo monk, they may need quick before they are able to spam per second again, in this case, resu monk, resu yourself(Again depending on map or aoe attack, if none, skip this part and get back to healing your party1 second faster), quick, resu monk just in case then go back to the normal order above. It really is a boss by boss thing, and just learning and memorizing their patterns is all it really takes. A complete buff wipe is usually accompanied by a subtle flash, pay very close to attention to these and make sure everyone is resu'd, aegis'd and heal'd in a timely manner. Lets say you want to go to Sauro 350, this battle is very different because you get sucked in towards him, this is where learning to not just mindlessly resu pays off. Apply resu only when needed, heal only when needed, with enough practice, when the suction stops, you can run out and perform aggroless again, and you never pulled aggro during the crazy part. Bishop is very boss by boss, party composition by party composition, but as long as everyone works together, you can all pull through! A few things left I want to say, Sanctuary is wayyyy more important than most people seem to think it is. Aegis stops a ton of damage towards most bosses, anyone who has a magic attack, this spell is something you always want up, especially if a boss debuffs aegis towards negatives. Resu is a who is a"who is most likely to be killed next second" kind of spell. Heal is a "ok I have control of this situation" spell. All others bonuses are "wow this is easy, I have tons of time" kinda spells. And again, aegis is an "ok I want ya'll to take 50% less magical dmg from this skill", kinda spell, I put this ahead of heal after resus because it means people are usually taking a lot less damage and heal goes further. Aggroless vs aggro heal video Third, about the video, do u mean to say that the farther your distance from the boss the lesser aggro you'll collect? I;m saying that when that time comes, you won't need to dodge Neo(Just joking, with enough practice this is true though. Distance doesn't mean **** to your damage.

Mieu~ I think I can answer you
Divine Bless can only be cast on yourself, then other party members near you get it as well. If you do not want to get aggro after a debuff, use a regular Bless from the farthest distance you can cast it from.
That distance is what Famine called the aggroless position. You're so far from the boss that its aggro radar doesn't reach you, so you don't get aggro at all *^* Ohhhh....ok. I get it now, then what about small boss maps? owo

I'll try to practice regularly every weekend (school on weekdays) and hopefully be able to do it properly

A fight I'd like you to watch, Although I failed at my own heal rule here, I was in party with one of my Iruna idols for the first time ever(U.Myuji is one of the most hardcore Jp players) and I went super cautious.

1. Farm alot. Try to know every farmable boss patterns. Farm alot even when you get alot of blame, thats when youll most learn. You can learn what you lack every time you get blamed until you know how to be a support to most all bosses. Even for pro bishes, they still need to learn every time new bosses are released. Youll definitely get to thr point that you wont be blamed anymore.
2. Yes, we'll be blamed alot easpecially if the pt gets annihilated so survibility is the key. Try to make it a goal to not let a member dies in every single run. What makes a good bish is to know when you need to cast resu. Have you notice when resu wores off? At level 3, a member gets 3/4 hp left or you can see a resu casts wears off, and thats when you need to cast resu to that member. I think spamming resu to a certain member is not ideal as anyone in the pt can be ohko and their resu wears off, just keep an eye to every members hp. Also try to get a farm set that you wont need to cast quick just to spam resu, every sec counts that a member can die already when you cast quick.
3. Hate. Youll also be hated by pt when you always die lol. Try not to use buff(close range ones) in a boss or until you can tank em. Bright heal is double edge, easy to get hate from it and its close range. Just do thr buffs outside and get far as possible so you can use heal and resu(they have long range).
4. Try to get a farm set that has complete purpose in which you can have some mpc, full quick(-6.5sd), tanky(has resist and rate cut), enough heal%, gentleness or -hate, and ofc currone + jog haha.
5. Level up quickly and try to cap asap. Youll get more efficient pt and youll learn alot from em.
edit 6. Pump up your friend list with farming buddies.

Press every skill you have and repeat until youre done so that the other classes can spam 1 button peacefully. In a few months, 340+ bishops will only need to use 1 skill (Goddess Bless) outside the boss, then just mostly spam resu inside. If the boss takes longer to kill, you can use Holy Spike to do some dmg to it too. I feel this will make supporting less tedious and more fun.

Aggroless vs aggro heal video First of all, thanks a lot for the advice ^^,I've never encountered a pt farm composed of a tank, dps, and etc. Mostly its just 2 hws,a mins and bish, they can mostly kill the boss in a few seconds. (they dont even need heal in the pt area cuz the moment I entered, Im out again xD) Second, do u mean by regular bless is the normal one? not divine bless? Third, about the video, do u mean to say that the farther your distance from the boss the lesser aggro you'll collect? All in all, thanks for the advice, it'll really help a lot along the way and where is the mins

bikini baka! jk jk boss dps x dps bish/mins From the illustration(I know its good haha), the resu buff and aggro range are the same but you need to ask the dps to lure em until you can no longer be in aggro range but still in buff range. Also you can notice on the map that the boss turns big red dot if youre on the aggro range which means that you need to move back. This positioning really works in s400 as that old baldy has a fetish to bishops :v. (note to dps farmers in s400 xD)
