Hello guys !  Sorry for necro. I had a HW friend. I always used to see her using Barotas, Struggler, Catura. But she could instant cast Blizzard (1sec cast time). I once asked her what she used. She said "Lots of -% cast time". Idk what she used. Any clue or idea how can I cast Blizzard fast with the set above? (Ads gear and Crystal? I f i use all flunecy? Thanks |
