I just contradict about having Pally as like "cheapest job". Sure it's cheap at first, but imagine like preparing sets for soloing, with pt... also the pots..
I think Alchemist is the expensive.

I like how gladiator, ninja, bishop, alchemist are not even part of the poll xD I Like it too. Because, Gladi dont need Ultimi re Up, Raton, Grapagos, Ror slot/DSS (1 VIT Build)/Myrca slot(for HP Set), All Element Sowrd with element xtal (or Grapagos), Ouvel, Sauro II, etc. My Glad just use Sword,Armor,Add gear xtrade from event (Except Ultimi) Idk about Nin,Bish,or Alchemist. But if u seriously play it, all class will spend soo many spinas

I think by most expensive job it should be one set of gears.
If we are to add all the gears needed then imo it'll be enchanters coz enchanter are hybrid class so they used different gears for different situation (like tanking in pt, farming mobs or soloing). And different element for different elemental mobs or bosses.

The most expensive one is Alchemist, followed by Enchanter, HWiz, Assassin, Paladin, and others.
Alchemist requires spina just to use its skills maximally.
Enchanter is expensive because it takes an incredible amount of gear (and funds) just to get to a mediocre level of ability compared to other classes capable of one million damage from a single attack. Enchanter also lacks aoe which increases a player's time investment on leveling their character.
Hwiz, Assassin, Paladin, etc. This group consists of the classes able to deal one million or more damage on a single attack. Notable mentions may include the class of any character able to deal above 500k on a single attack. The level of specialized equipment necessary to get a character up to the level of dealing this amount of damage is what makes these classes expensive. However, the payoff is worth the investment... Unlike Enchanter or Alchemist... which makes them less expensive.
Below this are the remainder of the classes.
I believe Paladin and Bishop are the least expensive classes to play at a high level (considering leveling speed, strength, and versatility in party play / farming), but they are significantly more expensive to play well...

Any job can look cheap if we focus on just one thing.

I think it's also a matter of play style. Do you buy things like Remagic L, vaccine, onigiri, etc from NPC or other players or do you farm them yourself? For example say you have a paladin and buy onigiri from NPC @250k per stack. Let's say you use on average 5 stacks a day grinding, which is 1.25m every day = 37.5m a month.
Then you have the player who farms their potions themselves, investing possibly several hours to prepare for a day of farming/grinding. Time is not by any means worthless, there's a saying "Time is money".
