Bishop is so easy to level at 180 but its all grinding xD Personal preferance would not plan on using bishop for boss farming unless u plan on doing claw or counter set. You can do practically any class and make it ok though. You just need to put in the time and learn your chosen classes strengths and weaknesses. For example, I was not able to boss farm so I sold rare equips that normal mobs droped and then bought needed boss drops. I was also able to get exp for grinding and i leveled quickly. There are so many possible routes it just depends on what you want.

As a person with a HWIZ,BISH,PALADIN,ENCH,MINS,SAM,ALCH,NINJA i can tell you this.
Soloing MQ
Paladin>>
Very good, but if you don't have spina for potions then you won't be able to solo your MQ, the gear however is cheap, you don't need a dps set and tank set, you only need a tank set.
Enchanter>>
They can solo basically every boss but needs good gear and you'll need to be at least lv160, it's a fun class just not a novice friendly class (for pro's), the gear will be expensive, unless you reach lv220 as a magic blade build with tank gear (very few mblade as you either need to be carried though mq or stat reset).
Ninja>>
You won't be able to solo every mq boss but the one's you can, will be relatively fast to kill, gear is not that expensive if you want to get by, but to solo MOST bosses the gear will be very expensive.
High Wizard>>
Hwiz can solo MQ, it does a decent job at it but it doesn't come close to the soloing of a monk/ench/ninja/paladin though.
Solo EXP grinding
AOE is and has been fo a long time, the fastest method for exp.
Hwiz/wiz is an easy and quick journey to cap, wiz/ app Hwiz (though app ench gives u magic barrier 1, +1k hp and is better for mp healing) can be MP healers and from lv140/Hwiz you get earthquake which will get you in AOE parties, from lv180 when you get blizzard and you can solo grind exp/solo some mq.
Clerics can't get parties as MP healers (no mp heal) so before lv180 as a bishop, parties won't be easy to get, when you do reach 180 soloing bosses becomes easier but also very slow (you'll soon get stuck on mq) and exp grinding in a party and solo becomes easy.
Paladins can just solo their MQ till they get guardian and then you can just get AOE parties, though a lot of parties seem to consist of HWIZx2 BISHOP(Both 180+), MINS. You can solo exp grind but you'll be burning through pots and if you haven't got spina to burn then you're going to struggle.
Both HWIZ and Bishop won't have to worry about pots as much as other classes like Sniper/Assassin because they'll usually have a minstrel in their aoe party with MP cost buff which makes the Mp cost of their spells 1.

I'd like to say this is not exactly right. Its possible to solo through mq as a magic blade build, but you'll need several equipment set. Survival/heal set Tellas ns, hulam nemes, miselatis (up recommended), s bangle/argent ring. *This set give decent amount of hp and -3.x second delay which allow you to spam mini heal. And with heal boost from miselatis you can easily heal 2k hp per second. Since m blade build will most likely add vit as second stat, this can be used to quickly heal up all those hp. Negate damage set Judgement, dmail, ensis shield, actsin guard *Originally created by tyranul, this set is more effective once you reach full class and can get some +autoskill%. Though mine just have hp+20% in it, its still pretty good at aiding survivability with high dmg bosses. Counter set I use freesia rod, struggler <sofys>, daiginjo <sofys>, coral hairpin but someone with more budget can use minela xtal and snow earmuff. *Can be used after getting stoneskin. Damage can be boosted by matk xtal and origin.

I'm aware you need multiple sets but magic blade build isn't the better of the two when it comes to soloing like it was before, the gear is cheaper than AA build if you're looking to get by, but AA build ench gear is more expensive if you're building a solo set and more effective. Realistically you don't need all of those sets you listed, but it's also useful to have atleast 1 other, 4 isn't neccesary. 2k HP heal when you can just use pots that increase your hp by 15% and passive healing pots and instead use Mblade as opposed to heal would seem like the better option, 2k healing isn't going to do much at high lv MQ.But to each their own i guess

Ummmm bk bite is crap btw every time someone mention bite is good I assume they never played bk(my fav class) but it is a extremely cheap solo mq class if your special sword build claw potential hopefully will show when new skills release

Yeah xD bite is basically 1% of ur dmg converted to hp (for lvl1, lvl2 is 2%..3 is 3%)
Theres a vid of bk using a new skill on youtube and even asobimo's char was only healing 400-500 hp per bite
For beginner i would probably do gladi or paladin, both are good at farming bosses, grinding, and soloing mq if u do pally vit>int/dex or vit>str/Dex u shouldn't have any problems. Gladi is str=crt dex>vit
Beast knight is great at mq and solo grinding and farming bosses but.... You'd need alot of pots
