I take back my OP. I guess this skill isn't so 'meh'
Here're the pros. While active: 1. Reduces 0.5 to 1s SD (not sure but I'm leaning towards 0.5) 2. Sets MP cost to 1. 3. Randomly heals HP and MP of you and your PT. Someone share the formula. It doesn't use MaxHp that's for sure. Revives dead pt members if it procures.
Cons: 1. Requires at least 85% tempest. Then resets it back to 10% after skill is used. I guess you can just spam pillar to bring it back to 100. 2. Lasts very shortly. Maximum of 2 mins (tried with 1hp) depends on the ratio of your current HP to your max HP. 3. Not a damage buff. Meh.
Few tips on how to make its duration longer: 1. If you're not using Myrica as your spec: switch to Myrica (to make your maxHP higher), use the skill and return to your other spec. 2. Use Regenerate without a rev. This halves your current HP.
It's really great at leveling, bosshunting and solo'ing. I just thought gladiators could have really used a damage boost or a immunity buff.

Also dont forget that it makes skills MP cost to 1
It heals me actually at a rapid speed when the HP/MP regen triggers. 1.3K HP
The best way to do this is when you are low HP or half. Before you cast it make sure to tempest first so you can preserve your bonus from tempest (mainly eva) before 90% will be consumed.
Then the tempest duration bonus can buy you time to Pillar (tempest charge) tempest (regain slight bonus) and pillar (full 100%) and tempest (full boost)
I respect your thoughts about this skill but I found it so useful and all I can say is "wow".
It also varies, on how great the timing is when using it.
Also the lower HP the longest duration it produced I always get full 2mins buff of combative, my practice since yesterday was worth it.

You need auto for this to work good. That heal rec is pretty nice but need glad to be below 50% and auto for it to trigger. Basically ur atk has chance to heal hp and mp. My friend glad healed me like 9k hp 80mp on my monk. He also revived me when I died I think I regained 70-80% of hp and mp. Its a pretty cool solo move for glads of I must say just keep hp low regain a bunch of hp.

I even reviewed the logs. Maybe I'd have to test with a boss that takes longer to kill. I did 30 runs on Magonza. Pretty sure I did lots of autos. Odd. Edit: oh. Oh. HP has to be below 50%. Err :/

I'm sorry I'm finding a hard time understanding your post. I didn't notice the 1MP reduction. That's neat I guess. I'd have to test with a different boss. Magonza uses an MP drain before it dies. I can't really 'preserve' my tempest because it drops to 9%. Is that what you mean? Also it didn't heal me during my entire teating of the skill. Should it appear on the battle log? I can screen cap because it didn't heal at all.

It works great for me but I only got -2sec in delay on my gear and I can almost spam tempest when blood thrist is active it procs pretty good for me 4.1k heals on hp and 122 on mp and the 1mp cost is great too. now at yardes I dont need mp pots and the heal proc acan rrevive pt members (tested this with a pally friend heal him 10% of his hp and mp also heals him every time it procs)

Sorry if my post is kinda hard to understand what I mean on 'preserve' is assuming that we have 90%+ tempest gauge to begin with before we do bloodthirst, Now what I mean is use tempest first to preserve the tempest "buff" boost since once you bloodthirst it consumes the 90% of the gauge, Lets say for 3s you got the tempest buff after bloodthirst consumes your 90% gauge it can buy you time to regain your gauge due to high "Evasion" Try another boss like zazel.

it actually need at least 85% of tempest gauge, as reported by japanese bloggers.
how much your VIT & STR and bleeding damage when your tempest gauge is 100%?
i have both 256 VIT and STR and maximum bleeding damage is only around 200, not as high as japanese players in video below that got 1k bleeding damage. my dizzy and bleeding duration is only around 15 second (could be less).
i have theory that dizzy & bleeding damage is influenced by STR and also its damage and duration can be reduced by VIT.i think if you are high STR and low VIT build, its will be a problem to you.
and about the battle log, the HP and MP heal autoskill is not mentioned on battle log.

There is a drawback for this skill, it totally overwrite glad regeneration.
Few question to be thrown out from my mind, how does this skill revive teammate. Lets presume this skill is self enhancement required glad to atk to gain hp & mp regen while teammate died.
This aoe regen is different from what i imagine.
The buff is only for urself, all skill cost 1mp also for urself.
Reducing skill delay also for urself.
Such high hp regen only applied to high hp or high vit user, regen will low if ur hp or vit is low
Some class required a lot of mp or hp such as samurai, m ninja, minstrel, paladin, monk, assassin & sniper. This skill suit them all, spam it as u like
How bout a beast mode party which all 4 pt member is gladiator class, each of them cast bloodthrist. Say no more words, goodluck on dying

1. It lowers SD of Tempest for about 0.5s or 1s idk. Too low to notice. does it really only reduce around 0.5-1 second delay of your tempest delay? thats weird, my tempest delay reduced exactly by half as reported by jp bloggers. for example of sword tempest before bloodthirstt (need 5 seconds delay total :- 256 DEX (1.5 second),exelis 3 (1.5 second),montol colliet (1 second), maelriel (0.5 second),wisdom ring (0.5 second). after bloodthirst activated (need only 2.5 seconds delay total): - exelis 3 (1.5 second),montol colliet (1 second). whats totally unexpected is my 256 DEX doesnt help at on skill delay reduction after bloodthirst. i thought my 256 DEX already reduce 1.5 seconds and will makes me only need 1 more second to spam tempest, but it doesnt. i try to equip only montol colliet (1 second), but i still dont get the lowest delay on tempest, i need another 1.5 second from exelis 3. could the delay reduction influenced by DEX stat? like maybe if 1 DEX only reduced 10% of total delay and 256 DEX reduced 50% of total delay?

This skill is totally OP with many flaws (I guess most of skills). Its just depends on the GLD user on how to use it wisely. You wont do a reckless thing if you know you will be defeated anyway. quitted I can't tell how much delay it gives or if its affected by dex or not. I have the following 215 Dex Exelis3 Cheltil Maelriel Scalpello With a non-SD sword I need -0.5s~0.7s to spam the tempest but with bloodthirst its spammable, (same when a bishop cast quick) Maybe try to use tempest without delay gears (if you dont have SD reducing al crysta) and just the 256 dex alone. I cant test it myself since I have maelriel and cheltil About the bleeding part Ill test mine as well so I can determine.

snake whats your maxHP? On your screenshot its 32128. What I did is HP[32128]x0.02 = 642.56 Somewhat close to the 640 xD Could it be it relates to the maxHP or Current HP?

Actually with warcry 4 my maxhp is 36995 xD i'm taking the same bleeding damage regardless of current hp I wait for mine to bleed at full HP and not attacking but I didnt bleed til it wears off my maxHP is 6511 I tested again this time while attacking and I received multiple bleeding with different numbers. Confusing x.x
