Hi, I post this mainly because I think many sins do not know them or know them wrong.

Several days ago, I had an argument with a newbie sin who believe everything on wiki and assume something incorrectly. He actually tried to give the wrong advice to another new sin when I told him how it is wrong. After that, I found another liar sin who supported that newbie and said he had already tested those things. I followed liar's guidance about testing and found out that he was just a liar and he ran away.

Before I start, I have to say this is not 100% true. There are things that I have tested by myself and things that someone tested and shared the information. To differentiate those 100% fact and unsure information, I will quote the information I do not test yet. I hope someone might help me test and make it legit.
BS delay
The full BS delay is about 6.5 secs(My test is vary around 6.2- 6.7). Only -5.5 secs should be enough for making 1 sec delay. Two ways to prove this fact is super easy, but you have to have only 1 dex. Firstly, wear equipment all that reduce 5.5 secs, and then you will find yourself spamming BS at 1 secs delay. Secondly, my personal method, I use the recorder application records several times of BS and replay it with any video editor software that can check the screen in a millisecond. Those programs will show how long exactly the bar will be.
From the fact above, it brings the another misinformation about 20dex=0.5s. This information is correct by jp wiki, but some people might understand it wrong. Because 20dex does not exactly equal 0.5s, you cannot add 20dex and assume your BS delay is -0.5 s. The jp wiki has already told to shape the dex down from 245dex, not adding the dex up. The exact value of dex that equals to 0.5 is laid between 20 and 25. Thus, there is another rule in the jp server about sin's delay, adding 25 dex for -0.5s.

Last but not least for the delay matter, Hawkeye does not reduce the delay bar. People always assume that 15 dex from it will reduce delay around 0.3s+, but that is not true. From my test with video recorder, Hawkeye has never reduced delay at all. The other player, who has tested this, is Flarius(here).

The best way, IMO, to make 1s delay is having 245dex and scrape 20dex out every -0.5 sec form gears. However, if you are wearing equipment or using xtals that the overall delay exceed -3.0secs, you might use 25dex add-up rule.
BS damage & Sicarius' stun
Firstly, the biggest misinformation from jp wiki is BS damage. At level 2 of BS rear attack with throwing, the damage is exactly 5 times of your normal critical damage, not 6.5 times as JP wiki. However, I cannot say 6.5 is wrong because that comes from I-mode version. Asobimo thinks that assassin is too strong and many people play this class in I-mode, so Asobimo reduces BS damage down to 5 times instead. In conclusion, the damage we have is lower than the original one from I-mode version, but this class still does the best as the dps role for killing bosses. To maximize BS damage, sins need to balance cri damage and atk. Importantly, do not forget that assassins have 15% cri damage from Hawkeye and 7% cri damage from Execute(More detail, click here).

The fastest delay bar with out equipment or xtal is at 255dex(or 256dex), but this is useless value. Although the delay bar can be faster at 255dex, you will do the same speed as 240dex because of motion. At 240dex, the delay bar will exactly equal to the motion of BS skill, but 245dex is used to adjust the error from internet speed. 245dex will make you not to worry about the exact time to touch your screen.

Every sin knows that Sicarius can stun a boss easily, but how long can stun be last long? Firstly, we have to know the lowest condition. Sicarius can stun a boss when you have at lease str+int greater than 300, and int alone should not be lower than 150(150int can be ignored because every sin has int). The base stun time at str+int equals 300 is 6 secs long. The stun time will be getting 0.8 secs longer every extra 50 str+int you have, or extra 125 points equal 2 secs. For example, 425 str+int will make your stun 7 secs long.
