Alright let's get back on topic before this thread gets derailed. The OP's main idea was that Asobimo intentionally designed ninja to be for making them more money. Let me dissect the points made:
Ninja was designed to have high survivability under specific conditions, being none to low stun probability or versus bosses that use a lot of hp % attacks.
The affordability in gear most beginner ninja use could in no way have been predicted or manipulated by the developers.
What makes the class sound attractive to new players is the other players who spread misinformation/half information. Many players restart or at least regret turning their first character into a ninja after becoming one.
These two statements are almost contradicting, how is a player too impatient for the 100-140 grind, yet patient enough to "stick it out" for the 100-Lvl cap grind with one of the lowest DPS in game?
It also requires patience if you must begin farming bosses at the earliest possible Lvl, your kills will be slow (due to lower DPS) and as we all know boss farming can be very tedious.
The randomness of getting Avatar from boxes or the incentive to buy tickets are the main "traps" setup by the developers to make money from the game, the decision to spend money on those things is just as much of a choice as the class you pick.

The randomness of getting Avatar from boxes or the incentive to buy tickets are the main "traps" setup by the developers to make money from the game, the decision to spend money on those things is just as much of a choice as the class you pick. Let's not forget also that the other attractive part of nin is it is a "lazy" class to build, little research or thought required for it, key info even non eng speaker can understand "agi/crit build, -hp equip" whereas with the hunter classes takes certain research and prep to figure what exactly you want to do with it. The times I try to sell it to ppl especially talking up opness of bs assa (which let's face it, right build and equip, who the PIE needs sh lol) but regardless the response of ppl is"it's to hard" ergo I stay with my argument of nin being designed for: 1)high survivability. 2)in early lvls until ganai and better equip is absolutely required in later lvls, equip that is some of the most cheaply affordable in game for a full or spec class. 3) it's possibly the easiest class to solo with requiring by far fewer pots to what the vit built classes require and simply needing the intelligence to always carry vacs for whatever occasion meaning their only real handicap is when hit by stun. 4)...well lazy duh, sure takes a while for it with the low dps (was surprised when saw 1 of my guildies in early days for me, they were claw nin and I'm thinking of all I'd heard of the class...0.0 wahhh I thought, wots so good about nin, also the big reason I tell any1 insistent on going nin to go bow build for some actual damage) but the fact also that it takes so little thought compared to other classes is another big winner for new players. Now nowhere did I ever say anything about attractiveness of its dps, we alllll here know the deal with that. But of course...tch ninja, every kid thinks it's cool, how many narutards out there going for the class coz of the whole cloning thing after being weened on that sort of show. Now along with just those few points mentioned, 1 design at the least with it for being so easy compared to other classes is some ppl can actually figure the game and decide what they really want, srs how many ppl here that started playing iruna after the implementation of the spec classes started out as a nin? And as mentioned also, whereby before that, the full classes for the work and prep required for them may well have been a turn off for ppl coming to iruna for the 1st time and just going pffft to much work (not saying u don't still get these types, but that is also sadly where, as others have mentioned, you find all the retards that insist to stick with the class turning to sh because of the low dps) because of its high survivability compared to say int, dex or str builds which in the early lvls are just 1 hit and ur fkd meaning u are required to find ppl to pt with to survive through till you get to the sweeter lvls with the high survivability meaning less reliance on others. I also never said anything about these ppl that choose nin for these points trying to go through to cap coz as u said like srs if they can't make 40 lvls for full class, then no way are they going to manage getting through to cap. Stop trying to put words in my mouth (or fingers 0.0) I never said or suggested There are at least more ppl for all this lured to hang around and potentially get hooked on the game giving (as I've said a number of times now) a larger pool of ppl who would potentially put money into the item shop for whatever reason. (Wahhh am I trying to sell it now or dis it as any good pal should 0.0)

1)I thought your argument was nin being designed to bring Asobimo more money. 2)As I've said many times the developers have absolutely no impact on the game economy 3) This handicap requires you to know more English beyond "agi/crt build & -hp equips" you need to learn "pet sets & island" as well as enough English to know what vacc's are. 4) lazy = boring and very unlikely to continue to play, we play games for entertainment after all, it's not very entertaining waiting on a pet to heal you because the boss stunned.
Nowhere did I say you bragged about the DPS of ninja, and not every kid playing Iruna watches anime xD
The work & prep for those sticking to full classes doesn't feel like work & prep to them, we're simply playing a game and having fun. All the retards who turn to SH are essentially wasting any money they put into the game due to the risk of having their account banned. The pure INT, DEX or STR builds typically use mobs they 1 hit kill to Lvl up. Of course if you view it as having fun, not work, you're looking for friends to Lvl up with not just party members (they are other people, not equipment that you work to acquire).
Players who cap typically spend more money in item shop than those who don't. How does being turned off by the time to Lvl = staying with the game thus potentially earning the developers more money?

Just giving my opinion about this. All classes have a kind of players who do not participate in details about their class. I think we can see those people everywhere, every class. But, Ninja is the best class for this kind of people. Like bravebor said, agi/crt build, -hp equips, and pets can make this class go far beyond the other class; however, I don't think bravebor absolutely right. I saw many people study this class very well. My friend also plays this class as DoC spammer. 8s or almost delay reduction is not easy, is it? Moreover, there are some magic Ninjas in game as well. I think these kinds of people is not lazy, of course. Not only those thing above, this class is also a special class which can change from any classes. When people start to lose their way to build their class, this class is easy to end up with. It's like a trap for those people as well. Now, what's next? The people who are not study well about the class might quit at some point. Some of them are learning more about their Ninja. And, some learn about the other classes, then start over. People who know nothing become more participated in some point. That's what I think.

There are at least more ppl for all this lured to hang around and potentially get hooked on the game giving (as I've said a number of times now) a larger pool of ppl who would potentially put money into the item shop for whatever reason. My points still stand, this class is designed with its basic build to be easier to figure for newer players than with other classes along with its affordability and survivability, those new to iruna would at least cut their teeth with this which for its basic claw build as the majority of nin seem to use and as they do so decide weather they enjoy the game, the class, or want to do more and go back as a different class with they feel better suites them. <~~~loves naruto Asobimo originally planned to make ninja a throwing weapon class players themselves made the claw build so u cant say asobimo designed claw build for it to be easy to understand if no where is there any mention of claws and or bows in the classes description the way ninja was originally designed to be is in no way simple or easy to understand and takes a lot of work and time to be any good and survive well

along with its affordability
Developers have nothing to do with the "affordability" of the class (that's the 5th time I've explained this to you)
It's not easier to figure out, new players struggle with the concept of how to create 9 clones unless someone else shows them or they're directed to helpful sites such as here.
Survivability is also questionable due to the stun handicap we've already discussed.
Whether they learn to enjoy the game, the class or choose to restart as something which better suits their style, none of these dictate the amount of money they spend on the game.

Of course they have nothing to to with market, but things such as Schwartz are a given to be cheap as coming from sofya raid and they other gear from earlier lvl mobs, the fact that nin goes so well why those with its 40 lvl head start speaks for itself. for the stun handicap, there are a hell of a lot more mobs and bosses which can be sorted with vacs than there are that inflict stun. And I'm talking the attractiveness of the class as to the reason so many choose it which is only in small part due to bs their fed about dps of nin. Regardless weather ppl find it easy or not, nin has a ridiculous lvl of survivability (yes yes if done right, but that's what ppl listen to not if it's done wrong, kinda like in my old life as were the reports ppl heard on others making $2k+ in a day on certain things, but never taking into account that unless some1 was an absolute freak, that was only on the best most optimum conditions and those who couldn't do it right after chasing that story were the 1s left starving) and it's that same ridiculous degree of survivability which means having to rely on others far less that makes a major draw card for the class over the others.

I think the only way I'd "shame" myself would be to continue to repeat myself when the other party isn't putting anything constructive in. I don't see the point in a class that can so easily solo mq, if not as a form of introduction to potentially get more ppl invested in the game. More ppl invested in the game=more money
