Something really bothering me.  A few month ago I remember reading some jp blog about how our stat will affect success rate of prods. I remember the example is when HW do alchemy with max int, he will have 15% or so higher success rate, compared to ninja with no int at all. Thats because alchemy have alignment with INT, smithing with STR, tailoring with AGI, and so on. Back then I dont do prod so i really dont care. But right now, hmm I start to think whether its a good idea to lvlup alchemy with my nin. Or is it better to just make dummy and max its int. Anyone can help? It seems i cant find the blogs anymore. Just some who say theory about fortune affecting prod, not our stats. Thanks ^^ |

If you're doing alchemy for gold nuggets, I don't think it will be a problem though. Look at the last line of that blog, it says something like "success rate for gold ___ seems to be different." But idk, I'm not really that knowledgeable when it comes to prod. Just trying to help. ^^/ |

ahhh yes yes, that one. Thanx Orpheus ^^
I reach alchemy 130 and begin experimenting the gold nugget ^^. As a nin, I got a clean profit of 5-6M by using 12 stack of rocks. But the process is reeeeeeeaaaaally tiring, took very long time. Im so into it that I watching movie and stop looking at tab's screen. Turns out guildmate chatting me many times, and crying because she feels ignored lol

but i do tailoring with no AGI and iam a HW and my success rate isnt bad O.O

Just 25stat for 1% higher rate. I think we do not need to worry much about it.

Dont forget, equipment element can increase/decrease success rate too.
Recently I see some player having alt with one/more overcapped stat that related to prod. For example, my guildies having enchanter especially for alchemy, nin especially for tailoring, samu for smithing, etc etc.
Surely it take too much work, working on multiple account can be too tiring and not enjoyable (at least to me) so I will close my eyes to this fact about stat and prod lol
