So I have removed all the other options I have in my mind and finally ended up with these two classes.. Which class is much better? Including spina cost and stuff.
Oh and I am a solo type of, not party guy.

cheapest to gear: paladin (you only need a bunch of +20% hp crystals, a sword and a myrica ns...) better in solo: ninja (unless you don't mind farming pots then it is paladin, but you will still need to have lots of vaccines for ninja, and in one month or two paladin should get their new 260 skill... there won't be better at solo faring bosses then...) who to choose?: up to you

I am kind of inclined towards Paladin a bit for their cheap gears.. And also their high HP @_@
If I were to go for a Paladin. Do I have to max out VIT first?

Put all in VIT first, get your self a wound transer (slot is sold for 1m) and a myrica wristlet ns (500k), you can also buy HP+20% crystals (200~300k each) Then go do MQ until you are level 160 to get Guardian, then you can do what ever you want... continue MQ or grind or whatever ... if you continue MQ you will end up level 205 (at level 200 you can get Guardian 2) After VIT it is up to you to go for the int build (and possibly switch to a magic sword) or the dex build (and stick to the special sword)

Oh and I am a solo type of, not party guy. Nin is pretty much a solo class; its defensive capabilities are top notch and its offensive is Decent. Easiest to solo bosses vs any class especially at lower levels. Main drawback is inability to have multi-target skill, which can be negated by doing nothing but Bosses so you only have one target. PLD is the best in Defense, at a cost of pots (as long as you can drink more than the hits you're taking). Without pots, you're just a bag of HP that has a few holes. AoE capable after L160 but honestly, not something you'd consider valuable if you're solo as you'll use pots continuously while grinding mobs. L260 coming soon but I'm having doubts if it will come out as advertised as it seems way toooo OP lol. Nin is more expensive to get decent gear, as in 1 ganei (you'll want at least 3) is worth more than a full set of PLD w 20%hp between the two, for a soloist, I would still go Nin.

Just restarted and went Paladin build. Currently I am lvl 40 and I put everything in VIT so far.. Any advices after this? I am confused between Special Sword and Normal Sword Build. Which to choose?

Its best to start with pure Vit and special sword. If you want to use regular swords it would be best to lvl into after your Vit is maxed.

All the fact has been told by Yazmat and Jeancarlo, and I absolutely agree with those. What I want to add is about item costs. Pally gears might be looked cheaper due to xtals, but the potion cost is higher. If I consider overall costs, they might likely come up almost the same. In my personally opinion, I like pally more. So, I just gonna vote for pally, but that does not mean it will suit you better. It really depends. Both class are good.

I am still waiting for that awsome 260 skill... you wont need that much pots after it... you might not need any pots at all only against some hard bosses like raton who need 2 hits to die

HP and MP regeneration will be lower, and of course, I cannot use it again during fatigue period. Moreover, damage is getting higher at lower hp left. That means HP potions still needed, especial during the fatigue period. For 10 seconds before dealing crazy amount of damage, you cannot get any status aliments. If do so, damage won't activate or will activate at half damage instead. That is what I understand from google translate. >.<

(u already get fatigue from divine aura for 2 minutes anyway) as for the second thing. only thing i understood from translations is that your pet or party members must not die in those 10sec or you will be stuned skill canceled and ur hp 1 (prety much death) that is why all videos you can find on youtube about that skill is in solo without pet but who knows we will cross that bridge when we get to it
