Lvl of prod affects success rate?

Hi, I have a question, does the level of your production after you mastered that item increases your success rate?

For example: gold dust a level 4 alchemy item. So when you are level 5, you mastered to produce that item.  Question is, does a level 135 alchemy char can produce more gold dust than a level 5 alchemy char?
