same thing happened with ninjas, more ninjas out then any other class tbh, so it won't do much, i appreciate that nemesis was placed to help bishops be independent but it doesn't also hurt to have the deal some more dmg in boss fights Yeah but ninjas can't heal tanks nor cast party buffs. Most can live without a ninja in a party. if the whole party consists of ninjas, then technically one ninja can provided they have a veltria, but thats just nitpicking. any way, it would still be nice to see some more dmg in boss battles thats all really

Well, can't vote since my choice is not in the list lol Since this most likely came from my post on another thread: like I said there I Understand why Bishops are limited, though I wish it wasn't All The Time. That said, why does everyone seem to assume that bishops logs in already PTed? The debuff happens to Bish whether they're in a PT or not. So that means when I farmed Ferzen, I needed 2-3 Nemesis to kill a "boss" almost 200 levels Below me. Same for Blaiard (3-4 nemesis). When I was killing mobs in Ganei's house, a rare spawn came out and I suddenly found myself in a fight coz my Nemesis did 6K instead of the 35K it was doing on the rest of all the mobs there. Also something mentioned in that other thread, I find it quite interesting that there seems to be a ... biased opinion on play styles. People think it's Not OP for Bish to dish out the dmg we do on regular mobs, but it would be OP to dish out the same dmg on bosses. Why? I'm sure I'm not the only player in Iruna that doesn't spend his time doing nothing but bosses, and yet the discussion always Assumes 1) boss fights, and 2) in a PT. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Holy Light do good damage to low level bosses still? Surely with a high leveled well geared Bishop Holy Light 2 would probably do a lot of damage(compared to low end boss HP at least) wouldn't it? Obviously this would only be effective up until certain bosses but this would beat Nemesis's cut damage for sure. Also I STRONGLY agree that Nemesis should do normal damage to rare mobs. It's dumb for it not to. Now on to the OP aspect a bit. OP is really only sort of the right word to describe Bishops being able to do high Nemesis damage. It's not so much that Nemesis on a boss itself is OP, it's the combination of everything else. Bishop would be able to solo grind extremely effectively and do production better than anyone else, be needed for the majority of high level bosses to run quickly, be completely self sustaining while grinding, and be able to do moderate DPS to bosses. It's the combination of all of that that would make it OP. If you gave them alright DPS against bosses they would need to be worse at grinding EXP/production. I'm gonna go ahead and say my definition of mediocre DPS to clarify: 30-50k per second with optimal gear if spamming This is at/near cap as well. Maybe it would be cool to give them a burst damage skill with a 15 second exhaust timer like supernatural/finishing stroke. Give it the same cast time as Nemesis and all and make it do like....around 150k with good gear. This would still keep their DPS low while making them able to kill low level bosses/rare mobs easily and still fit their role as a healer. Wouldn't be OP either really, just more nice to have haha. Oh also things could be different when Servant comes out as their will be another Healer around. Balancing 2 Healers would require more thought though.

Before stat release at max INT HL did out damage nem on certain bosses but now that we can over cap nem is just as strong or stronger. Only reason I could see it used with overcap is if you need to kill something fast when things get down to the wire.

personally i enjoy the damage reduction for bosses. i just wish it wasnt so dramatic. 30k down to 3k?.. what a joke. it should be 50% nerf not 90%. i would like to see 10k+ nemesis on boss just for those low lvl bosses you never see other players at and you need whatever it drops. a lvl 270 bishop should do good damage to a lvl 170 boss.

You'd really have to have like over cap max int dex agi to even see a huge dif from nem on boss I remember seeing a vid of a bish doing 30-50k dmg on bosses awhile back. She had like 13kish matk tho this was on imode btw. I think job master will fix nem dmg too well we'll see although it'll be a loooong way to come lol.

the other thing i was thinking is makeing debuff only available for bosses over your own level. would make things a little easier for low lvl bosses

as far as holy light vs nemesis, one. holy light requires -cool down gear to be any use, two. nemesis is garbage without dex but requires no -cool down or. skill delay. ive always wondered about agi/auto skill build with bishop for bosses only but i have no time to restat and farm gear/xtals. any input towards agi bishop would be lovely ty. from my experience getting melee damage over 1 can be a little confusing at times, thats my main reason for not trying it. a debuffed nem doing 1k dmg might be better than 1 dmg auto but would be nice to see if its viable for soloing bosses. i have a question about agi build. would agi build be better off with a magic bow or a special throwing wep? and reasons? ty
I have been thinking about melee build alot on bishop. since the dex bonus is barely noticeable for melee class(minus buffs, which doesnt matter since you dont wait for recast) could possible use int agi vit, with the right gear i think this would be good with a special throwing.
a good example of special throwing.
Luke Raider ATK: 183-186 special throwing critical damage + 6% skill delay -1 seconds hate increase + 20% absolute avoidance is little increase available at AGI: Belial Lv220 Sale price: Fortis rally ATK: 235-239 DEF: 10 special throwing MaxHP + 15% hate increase + 15% physical and magic resistance twice attack available in little increase heel received + 5% probability MaxHP: Toward a quest [Product increased! ] Sale price: 18,000
or magic bow?
Hiereusu ATK: 264-274-279 If magic bow MATK + 10% + 10% avoid auto skills triggered + 8% AGI is 300 or more, more MATK + 8% INT + 10 avoidance + 10% Available: Mage Lv333 Sale price:
maybe magic sword? Kutoneshirika ATK: 190-200-205 during magic sword physical and magic through + 10% attack, MATK increase available in probability: Rajiramu Lv254-256 , production [alchemy] Lv162 Sale price: 100,000
that magic sword kinda looks like resty rod but im not sure if its the same buff

Nemesis just needs to have its negative component negated at lvl 280/300 or something. Change a class that's stale 3years and 300 levels later and give a reason for you "mq to 190 then quit cause its hard types" a reason to chug to 300.

Lol if that happens then Bishop would be the Best class. In my opinion ofcourse. O.p. neme dmg? Resu? Buffs? Dang i can't imagine how good the bishop would be on a boss fight. But tbh right now it's already o.p. so for me it is good as it is.

Tank Bishops + Resurrection Lv2 (Revives 50% of Health) is already OP. Adding more damage would make bishops even more OP.
English: Counter Bishop lv 272. 1st Vid: Took a while to figure out how screen recorder works and how to turn on assistive touch on iphone and figured out youtubes uploader =)
Hope this link works.
